Bedroom with King bed and water views (this room is currently pictured as having two orange metal frame beds, but has recently been improved). Bedroom with Twin beds. Full Bath with tiled shower off hall.
THIRD FLOOR: Large Bedroom with King bed and water views. Private Full Bath with tub and shower (not renovated). Children's Bedroom with Single bed and water views. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Children's Bedroom with Twins and water views.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Across to the front and overlooking the water, lovely sunny deck, half of which is covered.

GUEST APARTMENT: Potentially available for an additional fee, an attached guest apartment adding 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an additional four people. Compact but efficient, the apartment enjoys a private entrance and private deck overlooking Smallidge Cove. Note that the apartment may or may not be occupied by the owners or other tenants during your stay.
