Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This experience started off great as usual when it comes to Ocean Breeze Resorts, but unfortunately it turned due to some noisy neighbors that decided to conduct renovation in the middle the night. The resort help resolve the issue as fast as possible. After losing sleep for a week I continued to enjoy my stay. Oak shores had clean rooms, great location, and relaxing atmosphere. I would stay here again but be a bit more cautious with room selection.

Old dirty crusty efficiency apartment from My Cousin Vinny

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Want to feel like you stepped back into the 90s? Then this is your chance! The decor is dated, the rug has many of miles ran through it. Walls are dirty, AC unit smells of moldy air.Want to be an extra in the sequel to Disney’s A Bugs Life? I lived amongst roaches, ants, flies, spiders and many more while spending my time here. The next movie reference the tracks just behind the property with the train that passes through each night with the horn blowing multiple times to keep you awake and reminded of the poor decision you made to stay here.The HOA management team leaves a lot to be desired with their “southern” hospitality. Rude isn’t exactly the word I would use when describing them but I want to keep it PG here. Would not recommend this place for your stay on the gulf shores of Mississippi!Other than the location on 90 and proximity to restaurants and bars which was pretty nice, I wouldn’t stay here again or advise any of my friends or family to stay with this establishment.

Good deal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an overall good deal.Pros- good location & price, unit was clean, well stocked, maintenance was prompt to respond. Staff is really nice.Cons- water smelled like rotten eggs (this might be a biloxi thing or specific properties, but I did stay in another rental that didn't smell, so I know it's not a problem everywhere.Bed was too soft for me, but you can take off the padding and set it aside. AC can sometimes make weird noises and it's hard to control temperature.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My condo smelled like cat urine. The place reeked of cat urine. It was all in the walls the carpet it was so strong I couldn't even sleep. The shower didn't work we did we did not have hot water. I had to take a shower in cold water. The AC unit didn't work either. And when you turn the water on in the bathroom or the kitchen the water smelled like something was dead. Like I said the worst vacation I've ever had .
