My Amazing Biloxi Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a beautiful 3 bedroom Condo, that was overlooking the Gulfport! The Condo was amazing, it had a inside and outside pool as well! The room was fully equipped, our stay was just amazing, minutes away from the casinos,game events, and restaurants! Onsite staff at the Condo, was very helpful, and their customer service was amazing 😍! I will definitely be staying here again!I've told all my friends how amazing this place is! I give them 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!

Trip with the grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We give a 6 out of 10 for our experience. The pools and grounds were beautiful. More shade would have been nice, but none of the umbrellas were set out around the pools, they were stacked in a corner. We were impressed with the gym area. Very large and well furnished with equipment which is not always the case. The condo we stayed in had very dated appliances. The dryer was rusted and took 3 cycles to get clothes dry. The washing machine and dishwasher also dated. The configuration of the area of the 1st bedroom, laundry closet and bathroom was very odd and cramped. If the laundry closet doors were open, you could not access (or leave) the bathroom. This is a 1st world problem, but there was no Keurig coffee maker, no spatula and limited pots, pans and serving dishes. No smart TVs and difficult to navigate options. The BBRR staff went out of their way to assist with that issue and the WiFi issue. They were friendly, helpful and spent time in the unit getting those issues worked out.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a few condos to accommodate our extended family. We found the amenities nice and the property secure. It was spacious for our needs. There were a few places that could be improved. Furniture was pretty banged up. Many of the drawers were off the tracks or broken such that we couldn’t use them. Bed linens & towels were pilled, torn, and/or ratty. Mattress was old and lumpy from use. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Floor was so dirty our feet turned black the first day and we had to mop it ourselves. The walls even had dirt on them. Most of the tv remotes had dead batteries and it took 36 hours for a delivery of new ones. The toaster was broken which they replaced. Overall it appears neither the owner chooses to invest to keep the place current (Legacy Tower 2, unit 704) nor does Biloxi Beach Rentals perform thorough cleaning and updates of the linens.

Convenient location and beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, clean unit. Living room furniture should be replaced, the sleeper sofa was not fit for anyone to sleep on and the cushions were rather worn out. Bring a few sets of extra towels if you have a party of eight staying with you, we had to wash every night. Be prepared to pay $25 per night for parking if you have more than two vehicles in your party. The one assigned parking spot for this unit was very convenient. Pool was great and enforcement of rules was consistent. The management company was very responsive and friendly. We had a great time.

Pools were Amazing & Beautiful-the Landscape is Gorgeous with the Palm Trees all around the pool area. Layout of property made getting to & from condo very convenient. The property is Beautiful with Landscaping & walkways. Security was tight which is important for Safety! The Staff, Owners, & Guests were all Super Friendly & Respectful! This was an Amazing Home for a long weekend getaway.

Wouldn't return. Much better beach options one hour away

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Purpose of our trip was to go the beach and have family time together. TLDR: Had to drive to other beaches and condo wasn't pleasant to spend time in. The interior of the condo seemed nice at first glance but we found (live and dead) roaches in the dishwasher and the floors were dirty - especially under the beds. A bar stool was propped up due to a broken leg - no one could sit in it. The washing machine worked but the dryer was useless and couldn't dry the smallest loads. We had to hang our clothes to dry. The beaches were not usable - many dead birds, heavy debris, and polluted water. I assumed this was due to a recent tropical storm so I won't count that against them. We came in mid-June during Corona Virus so not all amenities at the complex were open but this was not a big deal to us. The pool was open but keep in mind the hours are reduced due to virus.The management company was responsive and helpful. The property description would have been accurate if everything was clean and in working order.On the flip side, we drove to Dauphine Island one day and Orange Beach the next. We wanted to check them out for future beach visits. I highly recommend both areas - very much a tourist destination with great food and beautiful beaches/water.

I was very disappointed in the cleaning of our condo. When I got there I had to re-clean the master bathroom because of 'hair'. the 2nd bedroom had cobwebs behind the door that was insane, and the dust in the bedrooms was disappointing. Be prepared for the security guards to ride you about everything. Overall it is what it is...the admentities were very nice and relaxing when you weren't being stopped by a guard every hour.

LEGACY 1 TOWERS - ROOM 704

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 girls stay in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and it was the perfect size! Beds were comfy and the room was very nice. We did have a problem with the air & refrigerator but they fixed it all very quick and we did not have any issues after that. The pool is very nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were well pleased with the condo. It was clean, well furnished, and in a very god location. It was not as well supplied with some things as most condos we have stayed in. Usually there are a few coffee filters, extra rolls of toilet paper under the bathroom sinks, a small bottle of liquid dish detergent, etc. this condo had none of these things. We. Had to make a Walmart run before we could even have a cup of coffee. Other than that, it was a delightful place to stay!
