not happy with this place

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the bed made a noise , there was water driping with the air condition unit is , the bed room little box has expire can not watch tv in the bedroom ,the water faucet was brokeing , i will not stay there again

Room 128

Keesler School Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, except for the insects inside the light fixtures. It was a little disconcerting to stay in a place with high expectations of cleanliness during and after my stay and then see insects in every light fixture. I realize that insects are apart every household regardless of location, but when I could be charged $50 for misplacing a remote or having a chair out of place I guess I expected more.

consistency and cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First room I could not stay in because of the smell of smoke was so bad so they moved me to 128. 128 was ok and for my purpose on this trip it was fine. the biggest complaint is cleanliness. the carpets are in very bad shape. the bathroom needs work. I also need help with mail and got two different stories from front desk individuals that almost made me lose very important paperwork. Thank goodness for the very professional mail carrier. All in all not my best stay.
