Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my stay was pleasant, thanks in large part to Kayla (red hair in office) who was truly amazing. Her patience and assistance were invaluable, and she made what could have been a difficult experience much better.However, I must express my disappointment with a few aspects of the stay. The pillows in the room had marks of sweat and smelled, and the mattress in the second bedroom was in such poor condition that it should not be in use. This significantly affected our comfort.Additionally, while I appreciate that policies are in place, I was quite surprised when my 97-year-old father requested an extra hour for his breathing treatment and was informed that it would cost an additional $57.00. Given the circumstances, I would have expected a bit more understanding and flexibility.On a positive note, I found the neighbors and the office staff to be very kind and helpful. We took great care to leave the place spotless, even washing all the towels and linens before departing.I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.Thank you for your attention to these matters.

It overlooks a parking lot , at night the bright lights from the casino signs shine directly on the balcony. The condo was nice but we did not get to enjoy sitting outside in the morning or evening.

I came to Biloxi on military orders for nearly two months, and this place really took care of me! They were so quick to answer any questions and to fix any necessary repairs (there weren't many, though). I would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Biloxi!

Nice get away

We take our Mom gambling every year for her birthday and Mother’s Day. This year we chose to get a condo instead of staying at a casino. This unit was in a great location. The pictures doesn’t do the condo justice. It’s well stocked and the furniture is comfortable but the view of the Gulf was amazing! The only down side was how load the cars were on the “strip” at night. Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay!

At check in thermostat set to 85 thought we would go have dinner and come back to a cooled condo after our drive in etc. however it was hot when we returned, had to call engineer to come out hours later it was fixed. Carpet needs cleaning, dishwasher hard to use needs to mounted to countertop. Again the view amazing!

It was very quiet, which was much appreciated, with spectacular views of the Gulf from the ninth floor.Everything worked. When the toilet handle broke, it was fixed the next day. No complaints at all.

So, our 1st 24 hours were spent dealing with problems that we paid over 400/night to deal with. Only solution given to us was to move to a non beachfront condo. This was unacceptable so we decided to leave. Basically at no fault of our own, we spent over $500 to spend a night in a condo with no air conditioning. To me it was a no brained to refund all of our money. However, that was not done. We vacation 15-20 weeks a year and this management company is by far the worst

The condo is somewhat dated but the location is great and the staff was nice. The view from the master is unbeatable overlooking the water. It is literally right on the beach.

The master bedroom waking up every morning to the view was amazing. This is the first time ever being in the Biloxi area and loved that it wasn't too many people on the beach and just enough things to do. We will be back.

Girls Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was described as a 2 bedroom with one bedroom containing a king size bed and the other bedroom having 2 twins. This was not the case. the 2nd very tiny bedroom had a trundle bed. The secondary mattress had to be pulled out from under the trundle bed. It did not have linens on it and there were none in the unit. Also, there was not enough room to pull it completely out from under the upper bed. I called the office and they had linens brought up but they did not make up the bed. This was not the best sleeping arrangements for ladies in their 60's.

Not one Flat screen TV. Internet was marginal at best. They need to update the standard. Pots and pans were lacking in this unit, with one pan the handle was so loose I could not use it. Another was so rusted that I would not use it. No containers to store leftovers in at all. On the positive side the location and view from the unit was outstanding.

Our Stay in Biloxi

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was absolutely nothing to do, except gamble, which we don’t do. The beaches were NASTY to say the least with trash, broken glass and homeless people. You couldn’t walk on the beach without shoes because of the trash and the piers had not been replaced from the past storms. The Property Manager was not helpful when we begin to receive notices of flash flooding and our car was park under the building in a secured garage, they informed us if the electric would go off we would have to contact them for the maintenance personal to come get us out as NO ONE was one the property to help. There were limited places to EAT, Hooters, Waffle House and a fish shack within a reasonable distance. I was very disappointed and would have driven the extra hour to Gulf Shores had I known.
