Beautiful historic 1400 Sq ft home in the middle of historic St Augustine. Walking distance from bars and restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. 10 minutes drive to beach (we recommend Vilano Beach!). Fast WiFi. Work from our Home:)

1 bedroom with queen size, 1 bedroom with double and twin bed, and 1 study with twin bed. Large dining room and separate living room. 2 bathrooms. Nice private backyard.

Home was built in 1905 and is fully and tastefully renovated with original wood floors all through. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. House fully furnished, modern appliances and kitchen fully loaded if you want to cook at home to take a break from the great restaurant options in walking distance.

Ideal for romantic couple getaway, or family vacation. Owner wants to keep occupancy to maximum 6. Fast WiFi ideal for streaming or working from home.

Pleasant Stay - wonderful location

Loved the recliner chairs, uncommon for rentals. Made it feel like home. Well equipped home for everything needed for our stay. Laundry was greatly appreciated. Good communication with host we had no issues with the host. Recommend for a great location in St. Aug.

Fantastic Charming Home

This is a fantastic charming home in a nice area of St Augustine. It is a perfect location to walk and enjoy the festive atmosphere during the December holiday season. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the host was prompt and informative. Thank you. We will not hesitate to stay at this property the next time we visit St Augustine.

Perfect Christmas Stay

Super clean, extremely comfortable house. We were two couples who travel every other Christmas. The house was beautiful inside. Beds were comfortable. We easily cooked Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen (pots & pans, cutting boards etc). They had a decorated tree and a Leg Lamp in the window! Easy walk to Old City & many awesome dining options, shops etc. I’d like to stay again in the future for sure.

The house is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. Beds are soooo comfortable. House was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the Inside and backyard areas. Host communication was excellent. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our best VRBO experience

We’ve stayed in VRBOs for years, and this might be the very best experience we’ve had. The property is immaculate and extremely well located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of everything you might want to see or do in St Augustine. Lots of space and sleeping options, great kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We stayed for Christmas Nights of Lights, and there was a tree in the house with lights waiting for us, along with a leg lamp in the window. Original art on the walls and high quality furniture. Nice back yard. Can’t say enough about the stay and property!

Wedding Bells

Our week stay was perfect. Plenty of room for two couples. Kitchen was very well stocked with all needed amenities. The backyard was a pleasant place to spend drinking our morning coffee. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and is nicely decorated and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe. We definitely recommend the cottage!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and cozy. It had a well stocked kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook. The historic downtown area was about a 15 or so minute walk from the property. We would recommend this property!

The property was wonderful and in a great location. The only problem with the stay was that we had 5 people and no showers working. Only the hand held on the jack and jill bathroom worked.

59 Almeria St.

When I picked this location it was because previous reviews said that they wished they’d not rented a car because everything was in walking distance, true. Everything was as the pictures showed and even more than them. We loved every amenity except the water pressure in the 1/2 bath shower was very low. We had a family reunion and rented four homes. Except we didn’t have a beach front home, all the family members said if they came again they’d prefer 59 Almeria St. the house is unbelievably clean and tastefully furnished! We will stay there again. If your looking to sightsee downtown St. Augustine and don’t want to bother with parking (hard to find and expensive) this location and property will be the place to stay and have wonderful memories.

Beautifully restored, Perfect location

Our family, consisting of 3 adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this lovingly rennovated and maintained two-bedroom bungalow in the Historic District of St. Augustine. The owners maintained the character of the cottage in their renovations so that you can enjoy the historic nature right of the area right where you are staying. We could walk to everything in the Historic District that we selected to visit, though we could have stayed an entire week and not seen it all. All-in-all I cannot say enough positive things about this lovely little cottage and the hosts welcoming accomodations!

What an adorable home! It was clean, SO quiet, charming, in a great location within easy walking distance to downtown and shopping, well stocked with comforts from quality furnishings to kitchenware. There was one issue upon arrival which was immediately resolved by the homeowners and we were more than satisfied. We will return for sure!

Beautifully renovated house in a great location

Everything about our stay at this property was great. Responsive host, beautifully renovated clean house with everything necessary for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Location is very convenient at a walking distance to the historical downtown and a large playground for kids of all ages. We parked the car upon arrival and needed it later only to go grocery shopping, walked everywhere else.

The photos do not do this beautiful cottage justice. The home is spotless and beautifully decorated. The home was a short walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine where we viewed the Nights of Lights and enjoyed drinks from local eateries. I highly recommend!
