The cottage occupies the front facade with private courtyard and independent access, the owners live at the back of the house (not overlooked). Ground floor: Courtyard, carport. 1st floor: American kitchen (fridge-freezer. oven and microwave, 2 gas and 2 vitro hobs, dishwasher). Large living room, lounge area with wood stove, TV., internet connection. Direct opening onto the terrace via French window. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room (Italian shower). Wc. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds. 2 single beds). Bathroom/wc. Beds made on arrival. Possibility to rent towels. Heating/air conditioning extra. Wood provided. Small enclosed garden. Covered terrace 27 m², garden furniture, barbecue/plancha. Possibility to rent 1st floor for 2 in low season 380 euros. A contribution to the CLEANING FEES will be requested upon arrival: 80 € / stay. To be paid on site.
