Spent my 50th Birthday Girls Trip at the Stockyards. This home was nicely decorated, safe, in the perfect location and the best experience ever! Thank you Alli for a home away from home!
Overall the house was really nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch early morning and in the afternoon. The house was a good choice to stay at for the proximity to the Stockyard but was not really walking distance as listed.
We had a fantastic stay at this preciously rehabbed 1920's home while showing Heifers at the Fort Worth Stock Show. The house was great to come back to after a long day in the Barns. 3 spacious bedrooms w/closets in each, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could cook meals easily(but we went to The Stockyards instead!) and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to unwind & recharge before heading back Stock Show Grounds the next day. We appreciated the 2-3 car driveway which made it easy to unload/load all of our bags.Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal—convenient for getting to the FWSSR as well as The Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, but also a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
We were a family of 7 for a weekend in Fort Worth. The home was adorable and although small was comfortable for seven adults. The location is about a mile from the Stockyards and the owner was very helpful and helpful with suggestions prior to arrival.
We loved the close proximity to downtown, parks, stockyards, grocery stores and restaurants. This home is on two main streets though so be prepared for lots of road noise (loud cars/trucks, fire engines and planes overhead) although the host provided lots of sound machines to counteract that in the middle of the night. The communication between the host and I was always quick and helpful. Overall, this was a nice home to stay in.
My adult children and I absolutely enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Super clean and cute place with amazing hosts! Close to the Stockyards and within a reasonable distance to enjoy more of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Thank you for the generosity and hospitality!
Great place to stay. We were in town for an expo at the convention center and this please made it easy for us to commute back and forth over the weekend.
We all have a great experience from checking in and checking out. Alli is very accommodating and responds right away when you ask questions or you have any concerns. I would say we will definitely come back to stay again in the future.
Great Location ,To the stockyards and Restautant's and shopping. easy check In and all the amenities. we had a great time and will stay there again if available, if and when we come back to the Dallas Fort worth area
The property fit our needs very well, three couples sharing accomodations for a wedding weekend. Easy walking distance to the stockyards and Joe T Garcia's. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Plenty of off street parking for 3 vehicles, too. I would stay here again.
Overall we were happy with the home. Only complaint were the beds. We normally sleep with our room dark. The bedrooms had sheer curtains and older beds which made it difficult to sleep. Still had a good time in Ft Worth!
The home was clean and welcoming. It was Very nicely updated and we enjoyed as if our own. We would absolutely stay here again. Nice size for parking and nice sized yard. Only a few minutes from our horse show we showed at and loved the detailed tabs as to what was where...
Great location to many locations. We were in town for rodeo and stock show, very close to it and stockyards. Up and coming neighborhood allot of remodels and converting old homes to short-term rentals. I would stay again - great host;
A few friends and I stayed for a wedding in town, the location is great for being close to stores, eating and night life. We enjoyed nights in gathered around the table playing games and making meals. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We had 7 adults with all the beds and the amazing bunk bed trundle it was like going to summer camp all over again. Highly recommend!
