Smelled from time walked in. Appeared not much attempt to clean. Spent a lot of time wiping down, cleaning of floors. Outlets in both bathrooms did not work. Outlets in living room we're having issues. Mold in upstairs bathroom and cobwebs all over home. When usage of kitchen on 3rd eve discovered ( due to suds showing both sinks) that a metal bowl had been placed under falling apart plumbing . Any water drainage seemed to be overflowing underneath. Whole cabinet under was pure black. (Black mold). Had used the dishwasher night before to clean found dirty dishes in cabinets. So assuming it had overflowed them to. When using oven same 3rd eve the element started not functioning. Took almost 3 times as long to use. It flipped up, loud noise. That same eve while standing in kitchen alarm started talking and door clicked when I was alone. My husband heard it from upstairs and became concerned. We noticed camera kept coming on and off during stay, which felt very uncomfortable. I did contact host with original concerns starting with outlets. She sent an apology & said would be fixed. When call was made over plumbing we asked to leave. She did respond and that was appreciated. We did receive a refund, that was appreciated as well. However, the pics are NOT compatible for most part at all. The carpets have some sticky stuff, stained, sheets covers we had to look for. Please know this COULD be a nice comfortable rental but needs updated, maintenance. We did not appreciate disruption.

The host haven’t had the property clean it’s all old Old things inside of their property carpet not look like it’s been cleaned in ages the kitchen is very disgusting walls are dirty haven’t been cleaned on the outside fridge was nasty I’m surprised She had a camera inside which is invasion of privacy don’t recommend it at all

Don’t stay here

The place has long-term maintenance issues. It looks like a run-down apartment that the owner doesn’t care about. Light bulbs missing, bathroom fans broken. Carpet nasty. No top sheets on beds. Tiny blanket didn’t cover my feet. No lamps by beds. Walls are dirty and paint is chipped and pealing. Counters have chunks missing. Faucets dripping. Window blinds broken and slats missing. Dead Cockroaches beside stovetop. Owner runs cameras inside with a sign prohibiting you from unplugging. You get drenched entering in the rain because the owner doesn’t allow use of the front door and you can’t even open it from the inside. Beds are hard and sleeping was painful. We left early and went to a hotel for the rest of our stay.

It was an OK place. In the description they need to let you know that is an apartment. Did not have any amenities like body wash to take showers.

Great location to the Ft Stewart vistor

Great location to Ft Stewart. Ashley was quick to respond and very patient with us as we were trying to use the alarm system. The condo could use some updates, but the price was very affordable.

Just short of a crack-house

I was excited to rent this property by the online photos, but upon arriving it was a total disaster. The walls were absolutely filthy, the fridge and freezer had not been cleaned out, the entry was was dirty, which is the only way into the condo, there was writing all over the fridge as if it was some fraternity house. (Which also means it never gets wiped down or the writing would have been gone.) The top of the fridge was covered in dirt and grime. There were cockroaches EVERYWHERE.... and yes, I lived in Hinesville/Ludowici for 4 years as well as being born and raised in the south and know the difference between a Palmetto bug and a cockroach. THESE WERE ROACHES!!! There were broken cabinets and only a wok and 2 small sauce pans available for cook wear even though I specifically asked before I reserved the condo if there was ample cook wear and was told there was. There was not. There was not a can opener, which I went next door to borrow one and then went and bought one the next day. I had to buy cleaning supplies after my arrival so that I could clean the place before allowing my small children to enter the home the next morning at 8am. I stayed up until after 3 am to do so. I'm not a CLEAN FREAK, but this place was REALLY REALLY bad. I also had to wash all the bedding as they wreaked of musty mildew. The linen closet was a disaster and smelled just as bad. I also had to buy bath towels/washcloths/hand towels for us to use as the few provided were tattered and torn and looked more like scrub rags and stunk to high heavens. I was there to relax and spend time with my children, not to clean and wash linens/towels. I ended up having to wipe out clean all the cabinets and wash every plate and bowl in the place because of all the roaches and fear that they had crawled all over them. Everything I purchased on this trip just to be able to feel someone comfortable, I brought back home with me. I'm not going to spend over $200 to stock this place when it's the responsibility of the home owner to have basic necessities. So if you decide to rent this place, bring everything but your kitchen sink, because you will need it. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. It needs a MAJOR overhaul and/or updated photos so that people can see just what they are getting themselves into, instead of being lied to. Side note: I was reimbursed $80 for cleaning supplies and that was somewhat of a nice gesture, but I shouldn't have had to do it in the first place.

Clean and Convenient

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a friend's baby shower in Hinesville. It was a great price and cheaper than the local hotels. The space was very clean and cute and conveniently located. We were 3 minutes away from the baby shower!

Nice cozy place.....

Dropped my daughter off and needed a place to stay for the night. Very comfortable living room and bed! Owner communicated very well with me, especially since I booked in a little less than 24 hours! Thanks so much!
