Gorgeous beachfront vacation home. 5 bedrooms, sleeps 13!!
From its 6 decks this house has some of the best views in Broadkill Beach overlooking the Delaware Bay, Atlantic Ocean, and Prime Hook preserve. 15+ mile views of spectacular coastal landscapes.

Just purchased and updated April 2021: gave this 2006 construction a revitalization including all new furniture inside and out, fresh paint inside and out, added cedar sauna (steam or dry), added Sonos main floor and master sound system, all new lighting/ ceiling fans, upgraded the WiFi to enterprise class 802.11ac with multiple access points (no dead spots and blazing fast for 75+ devices even on the beach), all new Firestick TVs(4) with Hulu Live TV (sports and normal cable TV stations), Netflix, and Amazon Prime, and 400+ movie collection and arcade.

Upon entering you will find a large entrance way with dumbwaiter to help load your groceries and luggage onto the 2nd floor. This floor also holds the beach closet full of beach chairs, beach tent, umbrellas, life jackets, coolers, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, beach games, etc.

The second floor of the house is the main living space and includes the dining room with seating for 12+, kitchen with farm sink, Aga stove, beverage fridge, living room with TV and built in sonos stereo, fireplace, 2 decks (1 with picnic table), den with sonos 5.1.2 home theater sound system, powder room, board game credenza.

Located on the third floor is the arcade nook, the 1st queen bedroom, bunk room (sleeps 5), 2 decks, 2nd queen size bedroom, jack and jill bathroom (shared between bunk and queen bedrooms), laundry room, and full size bathroom.

The fourth floor hosts two beautiful king size bedroom suites. Each with their own deck, bathroom, and TV. The primary master has its own waterfront deck with the pinnacle views of the property, fireplace, office desk, telescope, and jacuzzi tub.

Our home is directly on the beach at the very secluded Broadkill Beach. Very quiet spot. Just 10 mins from Milton, DE, 15 mins to Lewes, and 25 mins to Rehoboth beach. In those areas you will find tons of activities including restaurants, outlets, breweries, golf, boating, boardwalk, waterpark, go karts, mini golf, etc.

Please note that linens and towels are not included unless we negotiate separately.

Pet friendly, dogs only. Unoccupied dogs must be crated when left alone. One large and one medium crate included. Pet fee of $150 per stay.

Wow. a terrific place to see the Ocean!

The view was spectacular. Our teens had all the toys they could use in the water and in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy! I would recommend the area if you want quiet and ocean sounds!

We love this place!

This was the second time our group of fitness friends stayed at Broadkill Beach and we love everything about the house - clean, so well-equipped, comfortable, easy beach access, and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive, too. Would highly recommend!

Best family week!

Family of 13 ranging in age from 6 months to 92. Plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed walks on the beach, paddle boarding, cooking, eating, and relaxing as an extended family. Could not have asked for a better location and house!

Family trip

Our family of siblings and mom go on a trip every year with our kids. This was our first time staying in Delaware and absolutely loved the area. Being right near the beach was perfect for the kids! Even though we had a couple of days of very strong winds and rain it was a great trip. There is lots to do in the area and lots of games in the house to keep everyone occupied. Ryan was very nice and checked on us during the highest wind day and gave suggestions of local inside activities.

The best Rental experience we’ve ever had

I can honestly say this is the first time a rental property has met and exceeded its photos and listing description! The views are stunning. The furnishings are classic and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped. The tech in the house was reliable and easy to navigate. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. Birthday Beach Bash

Ryan was so involved in helping us settle in for our birthday celebration. That helped make our stay even better. Thank you Ryan! His house is spectacular. Totally equipped. Wine fridge, decks on every level, wonderful gas fireplaces, beach gear galore. The kids loved the arcade! When asked about their favorite part of the weekend they responded with “the arcade”. The weather prevented us from getting the available water craft out but it was cool that they were available. The weekend ended with having a bonfire on the beach! I’d recommend this house for anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful house on a wild natural beach.

Best start to a New Year

If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated ocean front house that offers amenities and activities for toddlers, teens parents and grandparents this is your place. Spectacular sunrise/sunset views and miles of empty beaches to walk or run where the only sounds u hear are the ocean. We stayed during a cold stretch of time in Dec and I thoroughly enjoyed a daily swim in the frigid ocean followed by a hot sauna in the home’s spa like sauna. The owners went above and beyond what i ever wldve in making sure our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful experience from start to finish. No better way to enjoy the Holidays and ring in the New Year!

Wonderful experience

Everything about this property was amazing with one exception, the flies. We happened to pick the week they were bad but it didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation. The house was perfect for the nine of us from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the decks on all floors. We would definitely go back!! Thank you Ryan for an amazing week!

"Paradise" sums it up

This was a fantastic vrbo experience. The online description doesn't begin to capture the house, amenities, and beach experience. Tastefully and thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable for our party of 7 adults and one infant (without our using the bunk room, which has two sets of twin bunks). A well stocked kitchen allowed for lots of cooking and eating at the huge table on the porch (with ocean view). Decks galore! Access to the kayaks and paddle boards under the deck was a plus. We didn't use the sail boats as we didn't discover all the life preservers in the store room near the front door, so don't be dumb like us! Also don't forget about the dumb waiter (in kitchen) until you've lugged all of your stuff upstairs like we did! Ryan and Angela provided helpful information and instructions, and Ryan was easy to reach when we lost track of the access code. We would have booked again immediately if we weren't getting ready to move accross the country.

Incredible vacation property

Stayed for a week with my extended family, 14 people total. Definitely enough space for the 8 adults and 6 kids and a dog. The house is very clean and modern and literally right on the beach, which is basically a private beach with just you and the neighboring houses. Short drive into a couple smaller towns for supplies and evenings out but primarily we stayed on the beach. The water was as warm as the Caribbean,. Probably 85 degrees and calm. Would definitely love to stay again someday.

Return to Paradise

We were so fortunate to return to Piper's Paradise this year. While some rentals quickly show wear-and-tear, we noticed none of this at Piper's Paradise. In fact, the home and amenities were amazingly well-kept, clean, and inviting -- if possible, even better than last year. Quiet mornings began with a book and a mug of coffee on the deck, listening to the waves and the birds. Paddle boarding, kayaking and long beach walks filled our days but our favorite time of day was coming together for family dinners at the beautiful long dining table, then watching the sunset from one of the decks. We thoroughly enjoyed this return trip and hope to return again soon! Thanks again to the owners of Piper's Paradise for sharing their slice of heaven with us.

Great house in a beautiful location!!!

This is a really great house. It was big for us (we booked because of timing and location) but this house is great for extended families looking to vacation together. It’s the first vacation rental we’ve been in that we didn’t say “can you believe this house is advertised to fit X number of people?”. This house will fit the number of people the description says it will and will do so luxuriously. There’s three covered outdoor decks and the rooms are all large and comfortably decked out. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sprawl out if they want and great areas to gather in when they want that too. The house was super clean and we appreciated certain details like the nice mattress in the top, beachfront bedroom. We sleep on an expensive latex mattress at home and this is the first time we’ve slept on a mattress that was comparably comfortable while away. Broadkill Beach is a beautiful, quiet beach which is also great for family vacations. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!!!!

Great Weekend

We loved our stay at Piper's Paradise. The house was just as described and beautiful. The beach was peaceful with calm waters and we walked for miles. There are a lot of stairs in the house, so not for someone who has trouble with stairs. The outdoor sauna was a nice touch and we used it several times, what a great way to relax and detox. We would highly recommend this house.

Piper's Paradise for real

Our family of grandparents, adult children and grandchildren loved the time we spent over New Year's weekend at Piper's Paradise. The house is just as pictured and advertised. We cooked all meals in their impressive kitchen, did our own version of a polar bear plunge in the bay,42 degree water and quick run to the sauna to warm up. Our 8 year old grandson went to bed saying how tired he was but how much fun he had that day. Words a grandparent loves to hear. Would love to try this place again another time of year.

Life's few met expectations

Fantastic. I knew the property would be nice, but it surpassed expectations. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and more than enough ammenities to entertain. Owners were pleasant and easy to communicate with. It felt like we were on a boat at sea . It was the only property on the beach I saw that had so many balconies all around the house to track the lovely fall sun.
