Spring break in Rocky Point

This was our first time back to Rocky Point in over 30 years, and it was fabulous! The owner was amazing at answering any questions we had and going above and beyond for us. The house was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed as far as kitchen, beach items, etc. The complex was super safe and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing Condo

This unit was spectacular. The balcony and view were amazing. The beach was close. The resort pools were great. My only very small complaints were: (1) linens on the pull out were not changed between guests (I'm guessing the cleaning crew did not know that the prior guests had used it), and (2) the on site restaurant is outdoors and a little bit limited in selection (it looks like maybe the resort is building a new restaurant currently). Neither of these issues were significant enough for me to lower the review to 4 stars because everything else was awesome and I feel we got a really good value.

Great Stay - Appreciated the Details

We had a great time staying here and really appreciated the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and plates. We loved that there was beach equipment (especially the wagon) that was available for use, and the extra filtered water as well. Thank you Anne for a great stay!

Fully stocked with everything we needed. WiFi was excellent (thats rare). Most responsive owners I have ever enountered at Bella Sirena. Its evident they really care. Thats refreshing.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOME; you will regret it!

Our vacation was destroyed! The house had issues that too a few days to correct! The resort was Brocken; pools weree under contruction! Jacuzzi was COLD! We had to beg for them to warm it up andf it too 5 days to get them to do it! The host made promisses daily about the property; NEVER CAME THROUGH! Host promissed compensation for our bad experience; NEVER CAME THROUGH! Host sent us a text by mistake calling us CRAZY PEOPLE! I gave the host a chance to remidiate all situation; Host become NONE responsive! If you already choose this area for vacation, I am sure you will find much nicer homes to stay at!

First time in Penasco didn't disappoint!

What a beautiful condo and incredible time we had for our very first stay in Puerto Penasco. Not only was the host beyond helpful with ideas for us for our first stay, but she was helpful in answering any questions we had about the condo and was very friendly in getting to know us a bit better. The unit was just as advertised, very clean, great layout for our family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed, including beach stuff which we completely forgot. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire resort was spectacular from the pools, to the food/bar and beyond. We can't wait to get back and explore more Penasco has to offer and couldn't have found a better place to stay for our first visit. You won't be disappointed with Bella Sirena and this condo!

Weekend Getaway :-)

What a great place for a weekend get away girls trip at Bella Sirena. The home was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious with beautiful decor touches through out. The ocean view from the balcony was breath- taking. It was a short walk to the sandy beach. The wagon, chairs and umbrellas provided by Anne came in very handy for a day at the beach. It was truly home-away-from home and was equipped with everything you need. It even had a water dispenser! The facility was also very beautiful with multiple pools and jacuzzis through out. The swim bar had great food and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Anne!
