LA SOLANA is the only condominium community within Del Webb's Sun City Grand) 4 GOLF COURSES
LaSolana has it's own Club House,heat
ed pool and hot tub. All of the amenities of Sun City Grand are available with a CAM card. 4 golf courses, gyms, indoor and outdoor pools, every activity imaginable. with a CAM card Great weather, great accommodations and great people all rolled into one .
The area is beautifully maintained with a very friendly atmosphere. Shopping is right around the corner ~ everything from BlockBuster to Pizza to Super Markets and restaurants. Medical facilities are very nearby. Pickle Ball, soft ball, tennis, bocci, lawn bowling, swimming exercise classes, swimming pools, multiple clubs are available. Biking and walking trails are within the community. Arizona's wonders are fabulous and spectacular side trips on good roads are fun to explore.. from the Grand Canyon to Sedona, Phoenix, Tucson, The Apache Trail, etc.
Iif you are thinking of Buying here, try out Az living first.. Golf, good roads and restuarants, plenty to do and such comfortable accomodations .Blossoms abound. Everything is beautiful..
Folks are friendly and helpful. The condominium unit is well stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable. There are 2 computers in the club house to use if you wish. But you have your own Wi-Fi in the unit. If you bring a bike, there are bike racks available. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.
Two elevators access the unit. The outside balcony is covered with a high table overlooking the entry to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a separate washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of room.
