This charming 158 m² house with swimming pool in Dinard can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive 60 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and bath) and a 680 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival, and wifi is free.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful 680 m² garden with terrace and garden furniture: dining table for 6/8 people, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 adult deckchairs and 2 children's deckchairs.

The house is located in Dinard, in a quiet, residential and very pleasant environment. It is close to many beaches:
- Plage du Prieuré in Dinard (6 minutes by car)
- Plage de la Fourberie in Saint-Lunaire (6 minutes by car)
- Plage de l'Ecluse in Dinard (7 minutes by car)

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the secure property.
- Bus links from Saint-Malo station
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo TGV about 17 minutes by car (12 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (90 km) Nantes Atlantique approx. 2h05 by car (191 km)
- Boat: Compagnie Corsaire or Taxi Boat

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr is asked to do this for you.
