Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine with filter, Iron.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.

The accommodation is located :
- 8 minutes on foot from the city center;
- 12 minutes from the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël;
- 13 minutes from the beach;

You will find various bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
For your small daily purchases, you will find a supermarket "Casino" at 19 minutes on foot.


## Emplacement
The Esterel massif offers superb walks with a view of the sea as well as the coastal path from the port of Santa Lucia to the fort of Dramont with magnificent creeks. Beautiful beaches and typical Provencal markets in Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. The train and bus station allows easy access to Nice in 1 hour and to Cannes in 30 minutes.
