The house accommodated my family of 8 adults and a toddler very comfortably. The location on Lake Louise is amazing allowing us to swim, raft and enjoy the beautiful view. It’s a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and there are many great places to eat nearby.
Max was very responsive and nice to deal with.
Will definitely be staying here again.
The house and location are wonderful. Having private access to Lake Louise was key — there was no need to go to the beach at any point. Property manager was lovely to deal with and communicated frequently. A great respite from the business of daily life!
Booked this house as a last minute getaway with my girlfriend. We
loved it! Spacious, with upgrades, and excellent location. Close to
the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Our favorite time of the
day was sitting in the backyard sipping a glass of wine with an amazing sunset on the lake. I will definitely return soon.

Waterfront Spot
We selected this location for proximity a wedding venue. The locations was perfect and the view lovely. The sun room with all the windows and the outside space was spectacular. The home was open but lacked closets and warmth. The bedrooms downstairs were acceptable but upstairs dated and no closets. Overall good but for the price could do better in Bay Head. Great for a family with children where nothing could be damaged.
Beautiful Lake Views & Beach within Walking Distance
Overall, the property is as advertised! The lake is the true star. The owners recently added a kayak which was a perfect addition. The private beach in the background is very cute & a perfect spot to watch the summer fireworks! Lots of outdoor seating & a large grill! Having beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, & life vests were a huge help with packing. Ask the owner about his inventory so you know what not to pack! Owner was very accommodating to ensure we had a pack & play for our infant. Arriving to a personal note & bottle of wine was a nice surprise!
My husband and I loved the property. Two Bedrooms down stairs is great for my group -baby could nap downstairs and we were close by. The VIEW is Fantastic - Every time you go into the family room it is just beautiful - Also loved the two swans swimming around. The patio is great - we ordered 100 cherry stone clams and had friends stop by for a perfect afternoon.
We will Definitely be back - Point Pleasant Beach is a cute town, great restaurants , nice beach's and fun boardwalk.
The house was very clean and open, and the view on the lake with the patio and little beach area was a really nice touch. A short walk to Point Pleasant beach, and about 12 minute walk to the train station (we were heading to the Sea Hear Now festival in Asbury) made the location very convenient. Max and the property manager were easy to get in touch with and willing to make sure we had everything we needed.
A few friends and I stayed in Point Pleasant for a concert in Asbury Park. The house was cute, clean, and convenient. It's clearly a new purchase as it lacks some decor and hominess, particularly linens (though we were notified to bring our own, some of us forgot). Nonetheless, it was a short walk to the board walk and to the train station, and was a welcome respite between adventures.
My extended family and I had a great week at this spacious house. We rented kayaks and paddleboards for 3 days and took them out daily. The backyard was wonderful for relaxing in the morning while watching the sunrise and having diner in the evenings with the reflection of the sunset on the lake. The beach wasn’t too far of a walk, even for the kids. Grandma needed a ride, though. Angela, the property manager was attentive and communicated everything we needed. Parking was never an issue, (and we had a few cars). We are already looking at the calendar for next year!
The house and yard are absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, updated all around. The owner and property manager were extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely a must have rental
Truly a gem! My family just had an amazing weekend in this wonderful house, close to the beach and boardwalk. Max was a great host and the communication with the property manager was very easy. Loved the open space and living room with panoramic water views. Lunch out in the
backyard was so relaxing! Can’t wait to come back.

My name is Max. Our family is only able to use the house during the off season and a few weeks in the summer, so instead of the house sitting empty we decided to rent it out. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Why they chose this property
We own another property in the area and because we love Lake Louise so much we decided to get a second one. We truly believe that the location and view are one of a kind and that they can be enjoyed all year round. The property is unique in that you get a panoramic view of the lake. In the summer months, you can enjoy the lake as well and go for a swim.
What makes this property unique
The benefits the house offers is its amazing location - close to the beach and all the great amenities and restaurants that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer.
