New Virtual Tour - Walkable to Town, 3 Bed 2.5 Bath

This beautiful rustic townhouse is located just outside the village and is only a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants and shops, and minutes to Holliday Valley and Holli Mont ski resorts. This is the perfect destination for that much needed gathering of family and friends around a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board, or nestling into the coziest couch with a blanket and the perfect cup of Cocoa. Perhaps it is making lasting memories under the patio lights around the fire pit. We have something just for you!

The space
Spätzle House is a newly constructed townhouse and was designed around the idea that traveling is an opportunity to explore new experiences and make lasting memories with those who are most dear to us. It might be that much needed gathering of friends around a kitchen island with a glass of your favorite wine and charcuterie plate, or that perfect mug of creamy hot chocolate and blanket cozied in on the chaise lounge by the fire place. Celebrate life's milestones in our "Garage Bar" and raise a glass with your favorite people. And no trip to a mountain town is complete without sharing a beverage and the perfectly toasted marshmallow melting the chocolate of a smore around the crackle of a fire pit on our back patio under the light of the stars. Every Traveler will find exactly what they have been looking for right here at Spätzle House, come make some memories with us.

there 2 two parking spaces in front of the unit with an overflow lot across the street. we are also just a short walk to town.

Other things to note
There is access to walking trails at the back of the property. we also have provided a set of cornhole boards to enjoy in the grassy area to the side of our unit.

Has Everything You Need

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best. It was so well stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the bathrooms, I was so impressed. The towels were plush, there were ample blankets and pillows and the beds were comfortable. Quick drive to supermarket, town and ski slopes. Absolutely would recommend this property.

Beautiful Place

Wonderful experience! We rent yearly during christmas break to ski at holiday valley . This house was the best so far. Very clean , modern. Water bottles in each room was a nice touch . Hostess was very responsive . Everything and more in the kitchen. Within walking distance of town. Will book here again .

Wonderful Winter Girls Getaway

Had a great girls trip in Ellicottville! The VRBO was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and well kept. The attention to detail from the VRBO hosts was very thoughtful. Very close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. Favorite part of the home was the fireplace! Overall, would stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The hosts went above and beyond and considered every detail. The home was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of garage games. Amenities even include a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, TVs in nearly every room and personal space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect eclipse accommodations

My family was visiting Ellicottville for the solar eclipse. The Zimmer Brothers' condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spit polished clean and furniture was cozy. Although we did not cook (except coffee!) the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. It is a short walk to downtown Ellicottville for restaurants and shopping. The grocery store is even closer. When we visit again, we would definitely stay here. Thanks gentlemen, for being great hosts!

Great Stay

This town house was amazing! We had a great time in the game room and the coffee station was a real hit with our kids who are in their twenties. Easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Ellicottville.

Christmas Family Tradition

This was our 3rd annual visit to Ellicottville and stay in this wonderful townhouse. We look forward to this trip each year and the accommodations never disappoint! The hosts are welcoming and pay attention to every detail to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay. We especially love the holiday decorations this time of year! Our family has made so many special memories here with skiing, easy access to the village and great restaurants! We will definitely be back in 2024!

Delighted

Our family of 10 adults/teens stayed here after a Bonaventure basketball game. We made dinner, played games and enjoyed all of the special touches packed into this beautiful space. The teens loved the pop-a-shot game in the garage, and the adults loved the comfy beds and open layout for games and a good meal together. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great home away from home. They thought of everything needed for the stay, plus extra! The beds and seating were comfortable for Our group of 6. Its in a great location, easy to access. I wish we stayed longer, I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home!

What a beautiful place to stay! It is very evident that the owners went above & beyond to create a very cozy and welcoming home away from home. This has probably been the cleanest place my family and I have stayed at and the condo itself is perfect for a larger family. I also loved the bar area in the garage (with heat!) because I used this as a little gym for myself a couple of the days to get a workout in. I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was amazing!

We really enjoy creating spaces where people can gather and create memories. Family and friends are among the most important things to us along with traveling around and seeing new sites. But as we travel we are always looking to find spaces that have a touch of home and bring with it those comforts. We distinctly put these spaces together with the thought of the traveler who expects more from a space than just a bed, they are looking for a destination. If you find yourself looking for that same experience you are going to love staying wit us. Come see what we have to offer.

Why they chose this property

Well as they say it is all about "Location, Location, Location!" We are right in the heart of it all only 1/2 mile from the center of town which is a perfect walk but an easy entry and exit on those busy festival weekends. The property has access to walking trails at the back of the property, a short car ride to mountain biking, skiing, kayaking and more. After all of that you are so close to shopping and dining at the areas best restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We currently have for your use a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs perfect for some smores and memories under the stars. We have also invested in some great family fun with our corn hole boards, giant Janga , large connect four and dart board. And for those of you with an adventurous heart we have made 6 pairs of snow shoes available for you. For the kids we also have an old school Super NES hooked up to the loft area tv for some old school fun.
