Enjoy the perfect vacation in this comfortable furnished private and spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator available. That means guests must be able to climb stairs. The apartment has an open living room with AC, a table for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen, It has a lovely private terrace. Clean remodeled bathrooms, light beige flooring, and modern decor in Condado. Only 6 blocks walking distance to Condado beach! Close to the supermarket, Walmart, downtown, and Old San Juan! The Gated parking is offered for one small car, the gate open manually. Must climb stairs to the second floor, (no elevator). This is a great value for smart travelers looking to be close to the main tourist attractions and the beach at a fraction of a hotel cost.

It was a bit confusing initially in regards to parking and the gates, but it was explained very clearly in the directions so we were able to figure it out. We were close to old San Juan and the apartment was very clean. There is a service elevator which was helpful as my husband has a broken ankle.

Very noisy
We only stayed 1 night before leaving for a cruise. They issues we mainly had was it was very noisy in the streets all night. Loud music, people yelling, dogs barking, roosters crowing, all night( starting at 2:00 am) fireworks. Another thing that concerned me was all the locked gates and doors that we had to open to get into rental. There were 5 different doors/gates. This gave us the opinion that it was not a safe neighborhood. I will say the the owner was very prompt in responding to any questions that I had. Others, may not be bothered by the noise and such. We lived in a isolated area, that has very little noise, so we were very sensitive to it.

Was hard to get in the property...too many keys to figure it out which key will open what door or gate. Hosts was not responsive when called or text.

The outside looks very dirty and unclean the inside was homey the power went out on us for a few hours but we made due with what we had there were a few little bugs but nothing to extreme overall we had fun and we made ourselves at home.

Good apartment, communicative landlord
Very good deal for the price and space offered, landlord was also very communicative and easy to reach. Convenient location as well. Only downside is there are chickens nearby so very light sleepers might get woken up

Why they chose this property

This is a value proposition, you can accommodate 6 people for a lot less than any hotel, with the added convenience of having a kitchen to cook some of your meals and also a washer and dryer to keep you clean and sharp.
Newly furnished, washer, and dryer, AC split units in all bedrooms and living room. Only 2 blocks from Walmart supermarket and Walgreens open 24 hours. This unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator, the renter must be able to climb stairs. Fesh-painted and brand new furniture, San Gabriel is the perfect place to unwind.
Monthly rentals utilities included up to $200 per month.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, casinos, Placita de Santurce.
This is a blue-collar neighborhood where mostly locals leave, so you get to experience a version of a real Puerto Rico experience for a few days. Nothing fancy or luxurious just nice and convenient. Having a parking space is a plus, also a washer and dryer, these are things that we want to have when you travel for a few days or a few weeks.
