Centrally located 10 minutes from downtown and airport, 45 minutes to St. Pete's and Clearwater beaches, this two story home is in Tampa Heights. Two bedrooms and one bath located on the second floor with half bath on the main floor. Fenced in yard in a family neighborhood. Nearby attractions include Armature Works, Busch Gardens, river walk, and sports stadiums. A park is across the street with basketball court and a playground. New queen and two XL twins beds fall of 2024. Five minutes to Ricks Cafe were you can get a water taxi on Hillsborough river to downtown Tampa.
