Corner villa situated in the residence "Sun Village" with shared pool (july and august) close to the restaurants and shops of Portiragnes Plage. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading through to another small bedroom. Downstairs a living room with kitchenett, shower room and toilet. Outside there is a fenced with garden furniture, plancha electric...one parking place inside the residence. Equipment: vacuum cleaner, micro-wave, min -oven, water boiler, small fridge, fans, television, washing machine, Tassimo, coffee machine, vaccum cleaner…CLEANING FEE included in the price

Portiragnes Plage is the ideal holiday destination it really has everything you need close by and once here there is no need to use your car if you don't want to. The beautiful blue flag beach of Portiragnes is just a short walk away.
