What to expect:

• Balcony Renovations: Expect noise and dust from grinding concrete.

• Balcony Access: All balconies will be renovated. Individual unit balconies will be closed and locked while work is being completed on each stack’s balconies, but the balcony should be open and available during work on other stacks.

• Closure Schedule: Work on this unit’s stack (the 05 stack) is currently scheduled to occur during 3/10/25 – 4/25/25 period, but due to the nature of the work & weather conditions, balcony closures may change with little to no notice from the property.

• Swing Stages: Workers’ access to the balconies will be via swing stages on the exterior Gulf Side of the building.

• Area Closures: Periodic closures of pool deck, sand room, grill area, and portions of the parking lot may be necessary. Beach access will remain open throughout the project.

• Exterior Painting: Painting of balcony railings, storm shutters, pool deck railings, and vertical supports will occur.
