Nice property well located
10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beach clubs. Very good location.
First floor of the main house has two bedrooms, one with full bath and the other with just a shower and sink, plus a powder room, a well equipped kitchen, and a large family room with plenty of seating. Master bedroom upstairs has its own full bathroom. Two bedrooms are located outside the main house with separate keys and a full bathroom each.
House is clean and spacious. The pool was very nice and got sun late into the day. There is air conditioning in every room. Trash bins are just a few steps outside.
Had a lot of difficulty getting packages delivered to the house in advance of our arrival because the property is gated and the delivery drivers could not get access. One package was never delivered, and all but one of the remaining packages I had to pick up at the Ramatuelle post office (which is worth driving to).
We had a couple minor issues with the house which were resolved relatively promptly.
Overall enjoyed the villa and would stay there again.
