The "Perle de Savoie" residence offers one of the best locations in the resort: 300m from the village centre and church square and around 500m from the Super-Châtel ski lifts.
You'll have easy access to the shops and all the activities on offer in the resort. You can enjoy a real mountain holiday, without having to take your car. This recently-built residence also boasts magnificent views over the Abondance valley and surrounding mountains, and plenty of sunshine.
Flat A204 is a modern alpine family cocoon, combining light wood and designer furniture. Grey and sandy tones combine with warm materials, all in a living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay window and terrace with views of the surrounding mountains.
Designed with a total capacity of 8 beds, it is ideal for up to 6 adults.
It has three bedrooms, two with large double beds and one with double bunk beds. The latter room has 4 beds, two of which are high.
The kitchen with its central island and large dining table in unfinished wood also promise a convivial holiday!

A 35m² living area comprising :
- a dining area with a table for 10 people
- a lounge area with 2 sofas and a TV
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- access to the terrace with garden furniture for 8 people and a seating area.
The sleeping area and facilities:
- one bedroom with double bunk beds (2 double beds - 160x200) - with small en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin) - access to the balcony
- two bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200), wardrobes, access to balcony
- bathroom with bath, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer
- bathroom with shower and washbasin
- two separate toilets

OPTIONS
- Final cleaning: included in the price. Final cleaning does not include cooking, washing up and rubbish; a supplement of €80 will be charged to tenants if this is not respected.
