For the price, I feel like this condo unit needed to be renovated a bit. The carpet was pretty gross. We never received a parking permit even after I called the rental service.

Black mold
There is black mold on the ceiling above the bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. I phone the number provided should we have any issues and the lady was nonchalant about it. Black mold causes serious health issues and needs to be addressed immediately.

The exterior of the building is filthy - especially the walkways Elevators are dirty Parking garage is full of debris with spider webs climbing the walls The patio was the worst with that ugly vine hanging off the side wall. Parking is horrible. I have a long van. There was no place for me. One parking space hosts a mud puddle. I couldn’t get in or out of my van on one side. One night, I slept at Walmart in my van. Your building is what a building looks like when no one cares. The pool was clean - the bathrooms clean. Path to the ocean needs signage. The inside of the unit is dated and ugly. The refrigerator whined. The W/D shreds clothes. I understand the employee situation but the neglect here looks like greed trumping caring about your place of business inside and out. I felt like moving to another condo but I didn’t have a vacation to load and unload. Never again Edgewater but thanks for asking . There certainly wasn’t a visible human around the place. They may not want to take credit for running a dump so they lay low.

Our stay at this property was amazing. The condo was everything that was promised. Very clean with a nice ocean view. Easy access to beach and grocery store across the street. The only negatives was needing more information on gate keys and a little more comfortable bed. Overall fantastic property! Would definitely stay there again.

The unit had 2 bathrooms which was really nice. However they were both really small with tiny vanities. This condo was not worth the cost. Also we were told on the beach to move our beach chairs behind the owners. Guests are not allowed to have their chairs in front of the row of owners chairs.

Outdated furniture, we had to cover the couch with clean sheets since it was dirty. Kitchen main light was broken, the battery on the door lock kept saying it was low and would lock us out of the apartment which was frustrating since after the third time we were locked outside for a while. Only good thing about the place is the location
