The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, spacious granite countertops, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for four to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch with plush pillows, a matching armchair, and two ottomans, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back patio in a grassy area while watching the ships pass through the channel or gazing at the spectacular array of birds while using the birding books from inside to identify them. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and desk for working remotely or for distance learning assignments.
