Juste un hébergement
Maison agréable seulement quand il fait beau. Nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie et la maison était très humide. Nous avons dû mettre le chauffage en route pour assécher l'air ambiant. Ne pas hésiter à demander au propriétaire s'il manque quelque chose.

un sejour reposant
Petite maison agréable, propre, fonctionnelle. Il manque juste une prise de courant dans la salle de bains pour pouvoir y brancher un sèche-cheveux ! La seule prise de courant présente n'accepte que les rasoirs sous peine de faire disjoncter le compteur électrique ! Nous avons eu un temps superbe et avons pu profiter du salon de jardin pour y prendre nos repas et des bains de soleil pour lire paisiblement avec le chant des oiseaux en prime. Le gérant de la location est une personne très sympathique et accueillante. Talmont St Hilaire est proche des Sables d'Olonne et de la Tranche sur Mer. Nous avons profité du soleil pour faire d''agréables balades en tandem. Notre chienne Vanille a apprécié le jardin pour jouer et l'ombre des fougères pour se reposer. Séjour vraiment réussi !

Ruhiges Feriendomizil
1. Angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre mit idyllisch gelegener Terrasse in einer grünen Oase. Nur das halbstündige Schlagen der unmittelbar benachbarten Kirchturmuhr ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem schlägt sie jeweils nach einer Pause von ca. 2,5 min zum zweiten Mal! 2. Zu keinem der Edelstahlkochtöpfe gab es einen passenden Deckel. 3. Der Sattelitenempfang für das Fernsehgerät bestand ausschließlich auf die Sat-Position 28,2 bzw. 28,5° Ost. Auf dieser Position können nur britische Fernseh- und Radiosender empfangen werden. Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen ist nur terrestrisch per DVB-T möglich: ARTE F umgestellt auf die deutschsprachige Tonfrequenz. Der betagte Röhrenbildschirm sollte gegen ein zeitgemäßer Flachbildschirmgerät mit einer Diagonale von min. 50 Zoll ausgetauscht werden. In der Vorsaison ist es abends empfindlich kühl, so dass man sich dann gern ins Haus zurückzieht. 4. Das Badezimmer sowie das separate WC besitzen kein Fenster, nur einen mit dem Licht gekoppelte Lüfter. Eine mögliche Installation eines Dachfensters (wie im Wohnbereich), dass sich zudem noch elektrisch öffnen ließe, würde das Haus deutlich aufwerten. 5. Die Lage ist abgelegen, so dass man keinen Verkehrslärm hört. Trotzdem kann man per Fußmarsch am idyllischen See entlang den Supermarkt SUPER U in 2,8 km erreichen. 6. Prima war der WLAN-Empfang; nicht schnell, aber für Textnachrichten ausreichend. 7. Der angenehm zurückhaltende Vermieter (nur französischsprachig) wohnte nebenan, war aber immer hilfsbereit.
