Defekter Heizkörper, kein funktionierender Kontakt zur Klärung

Lage und Ausstattung ist prima, vieles ist aber renovierungsbedürftig und einiges defekt oder nicht wirklich sauber. Die Heizung im oberen Schlaf- zimmer und auch der zugehörige Schalter funktionierten nicht, telefonisch haben wir niemanden erreicht und auf eine Email gab es keine Reaktion
