This well appointed 1 bed/1 bath river front condo rests on the edge of the beautiful Withlacoochee River. The secluded property offers a private pool and hot tub as well as boat launch access, patio grilling and on-site laundry. Enjoy breathtaking nature views poolside with your breakfast coffee, lunch on your own private porch and sunset dinners on the patio.

Fear not an abundance of stairs to climb! This unit rests conveniently on the 1st floor with parking, pool, spa, river, grilling, patio and laundry only a few steps away with no stairs to climb.

The condo is conveniently located a short walk from shopping, dining and local entertainment. County and state park access to hiking, beaches, fishing, tubing and kayaking are all within a few miles of the property. Boat, airboat, scuba/snorkel, guided/private fishing and river tours (manatees) can be rented within the Dunnellon area.

BONUS: this condo also includes access to an inflatable tandem kayak complete with life jackets and paddles. A private, convenient kayak launch is steps from the condo. A high quality, queen size sofa sleeper offers additional guest sleeping in living room area.

A great place to stay!

Beautiful condo. Very well kept up. Owners were very responsive. A great place to rest and relax. It is a quiet, yet fun environment. Nice people here. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect week!

Excellent accommodation. Even better than we expected. Very central to great hiking trails. We visited Silver Springs and Ranbow River state parks, they were just beautiful. The pool and hot tub were simply a great plus for us. The Condo was very clean and well equipped. Karen and Rob were excellent hosts. All of our neighbours were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Most enjoyable

The setting was perfect.We sat on the porch a lot looking at the River. Friendly people. The Withlacochee Bike Trail is nearby and other trailheads are within short drives. Several good restaurants,shopping close by . Inverness is a beautiful town to visit. Will definitely plan a stay here again.

Central Florida rocks! We had a great visit. Our condo was perfect for the two of us. Really nice stocked kitchen and bedding was higher end. Wished we could have stayed longer- owners were great to work with.

A true piece of paradise!

Little Piece of Paradise

We had a Fantastic stay at this rental . The Location is within a safe walking distance to many Restaurants & Attractions . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . On a few occasions we cooked our own dinner , and ate outside admiring the beautiful view . The pool area is very clean , and very peaceful . As are the surrounding areas . Although we didn't meet the host they checked (via email ) on a few occasions to see if we were ok . They were also available if we were to need anything . Thank you we had a great holiday Teresa & Clive

Awesome place on the water

Great one bedroom place with everything you will need. The place is spotless. Pool and hot tub right outside the door. If you like water activities this is the place to stay. The owners were available to answer all of our questions.

Quiet Spot on the River

Condo was as described. Clean and comfortable and in a great location. Pool is steps from the door and it was pretty quiet. We will stay here again.

Great stay at The Landing on the Withlacoochee River

First stay at this 1 bedroom/1 bath very clean condo. Animal theme decor very cute. Galley kitchen perfect for 2 & outfitted with everything needed. Bathroom worked well. Bed comfortable. Four chairs & a table perfect for outdoor meals & watching boats go by. Saw 2 alligators. Swimming Pool/hot tub just outside our unit Many times had pool to ourselves during the day; busier in evening. Terrific time. Owners very responsive & nice. Property Manager Steve & wife Georgeann lovely.

Beautiful songs of the south

We had a wonderful time and the owners were very helpful also. We were coming at the same time hurricane Elsa was going to visit. We almost cancelled but Rob got us some good information on what to expect. We are so happy we went. The complex is beautiful and extremely well taken care of by Steve (head of the HOA) The pool was right out the door for the kids. The people are so friendly. The sounds at night are like music. The widelife is everywhere. The river view from the unit is a blessing. Thank you for allowing us to stay and ringing another grandchild with us at last minute. Next stay just grandma.

Stayed for 9 nights. This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay at. Literally only steps from the pool and jacuzzi yet it was always still quiet. Grounds are impeccable and parking is very close as well. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Vacation

With pool steps away and river just beyond, the spot was ideal for us. Condo was stocked with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. We even used the inflatable tandem kayak. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

We found a GEM!

Perfect compact 1 bedroom condo with many thoughtful touches in a quiet setting with a beautiful view of the Withalacoochie River. Evening strolls through sleepy Dunnellon streets or daytime antique hunting are a delight. Our hosts, Rob and Karen, were more than helpful, kind and readily available when we had a question.
