We had a very nice stay. The unit is expensive, requires the ability to climb stairs, and could use improved sound proofing. However overall it is nice.

We enjoyed our very short stay in this colorful and clean residence. Excellent linens, adequate kitchen, coffee provided, and also a park pass. We had no problems finding it or gaining entry. Steep stairs weren’t a problem for us but could be for some people.

Very modern, great bed
We only had 2 small complaints. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette with no freezer or stove, so cooking was a challenge. And this is a cement building so noises from other people, and plumbing was very noticeable, but not a big issue. It’s a new area just being built, so there is construction, but was not a problem. But overall, this is a very nice, new, modern unit

lovely flat in great location
This is a spacious and comfortable one bedroom flat, nicely laid out, in a great location. About 15 minutes walk into town or just a few minutes walk to beaches nearby and on into the lighthouse trail. We enjoyed our stay very much. Be aware it's up a couple flights of stairs if you have any mobility issues. Communication with the owner was great. Thank you!

Lovely suite, a few glitches
The space and furniture are great, including a small outdoor patio, comfortable for hanging out if it’s raining. There were glitches with check in, but the owner was able to correct them fairly quickly. We were surprised to find a new house being constructed beside the property (not mentioned in the listing at the time we booked) - noise and traffic are manageable if you plan your other activities between 8 and 5. The location within Ucluelet is good, easy walk to the Wild Coast trail and little beach.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment.
The booking agent neglected to tell us there was an active construction site in the next lot. Rock was being removed for a foundation. Jack hammer drilling began at 08:30 each morning. Before booking a reservation I strongly suggest getting an update on the construction project.

Beautiful suite
We loved our stay in Ucluelet and the Black Pearl was the perfect accommodation. The sweet was everything that was described and more. It was charming, clean, beautifully decorated and finished and well-equipped with everything that we needed. It was in a great location with a quick walk to a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend.

Great location
We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Apartment was extremely clean. Big windows and huge bathroom with heating floors. For those who would like to cook during their stay, there is a microwave but no stove. We were happy to go to restaurants in Ucluelet et Tofino (a lot of options available). I definitely recommend choosing this place!
