Location of the villa

This villa is offered to you by Antilles Exception. It is located on the heights of the commune of Le Marin. In a green area, it enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
The many beautiful beaches of southern Martinique are located between 5 km and 10 km from the house.
The centre of Le Marin, its lively marina, shops and restaurants are about 3 km away.

Property
On ground level, the villa of about 100m² (+ 80m² terrace) has :
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a double Queen size bed (160X200)
- 1 bathrooms with shower and sink and 2 separate toilets
- 1 large living room, opening onto the terrace, with a lounge area with sofas and television, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area.

Behind the villa, there is a lawn of about 500m² where the children can play.

In front of the villa, the beautiful terrace enjoys a very beautiful view steps away from a large infinity pool (11m X 3.5m secured by alarm)

The villa is well decorated and the furniture and bedding are of high quality.
