Vacation Exercise
The condo was nice and check in/out was quick and easy. The only negative was we didn’t realize how far of a walk to the beach it was from the condo. After carting the tent, chairs, beach toys, etc. through the parking lot and down the walkway it proved to be a challenge. Then dragging it through a narrow sand pathway through the dunes. Also there wasn’t a place to store your beach equipment so we had to keep it downstairs in our vehicle. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and having 3 pools was great for our kids and we visited each one!

Clean and Great Location
This property was clean and in an excellent location: 6 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute drive to St George street- that was exactly what we needed. The property appeared exactly as the photos show. Three large TVs in unit were great. Ceiling fans were great and appreciated in the Florida heat. We were there for July 4th and were able to see fireworks from the master bedroom, which was cool. All people we came across in the community were super pleasant. Check-in involved driving to a different location to obtain the door code. Wrote a few messages to the host but never received any responses. Bedroom with queen bed appeared to share a very thin wall with another unit. We could hear entire clear conversations. My daughter called it people talking in the walls, lol, as that was her room for our stay. Had to buy hand soap, as there was none for the bathrooms. Overall, we would recommend this property and enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Annual vacation
The location is absolutely amazing. The renovations inside the condo are good. The mattresses need to be replaced and the neighboring units were loud through the walls. Hibiscus facilities were great and the beach access was a bit far but beautiful. The rental agency was very helpful and professional. The unit had the smell of moth balls at first arrival but subsided over the 4 day stay. Overall the unit is great for 4-6 people.

Everything that you need for a perfect getaway
The Hibiscus property was lovely, the beach was beautiful and peaceful. The pools were perfectly kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. Our condo had everything that we needed to relax with our 11 year old and our Frenchie. The neighbors were never seen, the pools were not crowded, this was the best spring break I can remember. We usually travel to the gulf, but we are so glad to have chosen the east coast. We will be back!

Great little getaway
The check in and out process was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised, the place was updated and felt light and bright. We had plenty of linens and towels, and essentials. Contrary to previous reviews we found all the beds (including the pull out couch) very comfortable. We had a very nice time and would consider staying here in the future again.

July family vacation
The unit was recently updated and provided a well stocked kitchen for family meals. The water pressure of the showers was a trickle but we were so thankful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Our unit did not have much of a view and was furthest from the beach but we made the best of it and were thankful one of the pools were very close. The hot tub was out of order our entire stay which was a disappointment but we hadn’t come to Florida for a hot tub so it was ok. I do wish the lights on the boardwalk out to the beach worked as our family liked going out after dark and it wasn’t well lit (bring a flashlight). Overall we would stay here again. We booked this very last minute and the price was good.

Last Minute Get Away
The condo was satisfactory, but there were a few issues that could have been improved upon. The listing advertised a sleeper sofa, but there were no extra sheets in the entire condo for said sleeper that was needed. Overall, the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean, but there were visible crumbs under the coffee table in the living room and popcorn remnants in the sofa sleeper when we pulled it out.

Very Clean Unit. No Oceans Views
This unit was beautiful and very clean. Only one flight of stairs made easy access. The unit was well stocked with dishes, towels, and such. Pool areas were very nice. We chose this unit because it advertised "ocean views" but there are none. This unit is near A1A and farthest from the beach. Maybe there were views of deep water before the trees grew in. The only other negatives were that the mattresses desperately need replacing. One was hard as a brick with no padding. The other was a little softer but the bed is so worn, you roll to the middle. It's like sleeping on a hill. I had to go to Target and buy a foam topper for it to be even tolerable. Also it has Pluto internet TV. The internet goes in and out. Not the best. it dropped or buffered a lot.
