About this property

Private setting an hour from Yellowstone Park and minutes from fishing accesses.

Ranch style house located 3 minutes from the Blue Moon Saloon and 15 minutes South of Ennis with multiple fishing and hunting accesses with in a 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms, each with a queen and two bath western accommodation for recreation or relaxation with sweeping views of the Madison Range.

Horse pens and water at the house. Large driveway for trucks and trailers. Please let us know if you plan on bringing horses.

The house has great amenities, including fiber internet, AC, laundry on site and a gas fireplace.

This property is part of 300 acres of continuous open range and we are open to larger groups and hosting weddings or family reunions. Please enquire about these separate rates if you’re interested!

Our property lends it self to a very relaxing and private stay, due to this our cleaning fee has been adjusted for necessary compensation due to our remote location.

Sphinx View is Fantastic

Such a beautiful view to the east. The mountain range is front and center. Antelope, rabbits and birds, oh my. The owners respond quickly and the place is big enough for four easily. Kitchen is large with views to the south. We definitely would stay again.

Little House on the Prairie

We had a great stay! We loved the Mountain views and seeing antelope from the kitchen window. We explored Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky, Montana and Island Park, Idaho - all just an hour to two hour drive from the rental! It was a great escape from crowds and so peaceful. Would recommend to friends and family.

Working Ranch

There were two farm gates, one of which was constructed with barbed wire, that need to be opened and closed when ever you came and left the property.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We were later than expected getting into the area and had a little trouble locating the cabin but nothing that wasnt quickly solved. Very clean and awesome views

Dream come true

This was paradise! We wanted remote and quiet. This was perfection. The sweeping views of the mountains all around you was the stuff of bucket list check off. The home was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice as everything was high end! Well appointed with everything you need. Jesse was good to work with, we had some questions and she promptly answered them. This is Big Sky perfection and we could not be more grateful! The stars at night and we saw many shooting ones! Woke up to antelope frolicking in the field. Could not have dreamed up a better experience.

Exceptional Cabin

We enjoyed an extended stay (several weeks) at Jessa and Brandon's cabin. It is the perfect place for a rural vacation. The cabin is very comfortable and clean and is well laid out with generous closet space. We like to cook and we found the kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed. The wifi is excellent (we had to work while there) and the Roku system allowed us to use our streaming subscriptions. As other have mentioned the views from the cabin are spectacular. It is hard to beat having coffee in the morning while looking at the Sphinx and enjoying sunsets over the Gravelly range.

Not close to Yellowstone

Property listed as convenient to Yellowstone. I should have checked mileage because it’s 68 miles to the West Gate! But, the location is peaceful and quiet with a large front porch with spectacular views of surrounding valley and mountains. It’s a shame there’s nowhere to sit outside to enjoy it. No chairs or patio furniture. Good thing we brought our own. Not as well equipped as many homes we’ve rented A toaster would have been nice. Recommend cleaning prior to guest arrival. The towels smelled musty, no pillowcases on pillows, the toilets were dirty and there was hair in the hall tub. Also recommend professional carpet cleaning as the carpeted bedrooms smelled like a dog. Such a shame since this beautiful home has so much potential.

Wow-PERFECT!

I cannot tell you how amazing Jessa's spot is and I can't wait to stay here again. It's close enough to Ennis and close enough to Yellowstone and Lake Hebgen that I can't get over how beautiful and quaint it is for people like my boyfriend and I who like to stay off the beaten path. Very close to the Madison River so that we can launch our boat. Jessa was TOTALLY responsive, friendly, and honestly the best host I've had in any experience. I can't wait to stay here again. THANK YOU JESSA!

Beautiful place

The house is a little jewel in the middle of nowhere. We loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the house was super clean. The only caveat is that the driveway is very long (not a problem) and there are three large lates to be opened and closed each time you leave and then again when you return. If you are elderly or not physically strong this might be a problem for you. Although we loved the place and the hosts were great, we probably wouldn’t book it again due to the gates. Otherwise our stay there was quite enjoyable.

Great location.

Really enjoyed the seclusion and views the property affords. Jessa was helpful and responsive. Make sure you know where you’re going before you arrive as there is no cell service.

We had an awesome stay at Jessa's place. It was only 15min to Ennis and was a great staging ground for all sorts of adventures in the area. Will certainly be wanting to stay here again in the future.

Truly a great getaway

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. It was clean, very organized and every need provided for. We went to Bozeman. West Yellowstone and Yellowstone, but always to return in the early evening to relax and rest. We sent pictures to all friends to recommend they take advantage and get here soon, We would come again. It was home that four days and nights. The host and hostess were the greatest. Our Tesla (A big dog) was comfortable living there during that time , which made the trip great also. Way to go!

Awesome property in serene landscape

The property is a delightful we’ll appointed house on a wide open ranch. The views are spectacular! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our staying was spotlessly clean. The surrounding area has lots of recreational opportunities and the local towns of Ennis, Virginia City and Nevada city had great history, dining and a distillery. I would highly recommend this property.
