Pickleball players LOVE it. 1/2 mile to the Goodyear ballpark. Cancer Research Center, Amazon, Tech warehouses 3 miles and under. One half mile to I-10 freeway, 3 miles to 303 & more restaurants, entertainment! Visit Wildlife zoo, mountain biking, hiking, golfing & lakes! Sorry this space will not accommodate children, pets. 2-person capacity. See WHY this property is booked nearly all year round-Love it's location location!
