Vieillot mais plutôt propre et bel endroit.

Pas de wi-fi ça manque. Seulement TV espagnole, Radio-cassette H.S., Lits doubles petits, Trop de clés et de serrures. Toutes les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement. Clés pour le check- in et out à 7 km. La responsable Mme Coro est très sympatique et à l'écoute. Mobilier terrasse vieux et défraîchi. Parapet terrasse côté mer de 60 cm de hauteur seulement. Peut être dangereux pour les enfants. Pas de porte-manteau dans l'entrée. Pas de coffre fort. Bidet s.d.b no. 2 qui fuit. Manque de pression d'eau chaude au 1er si deux ouverts en même temps. Grand garage, super pour grande voiture. Pour l'été, climatisation ? Conclusion. Passé de bons moments en famille avec notre chien dans un bel endroit. Cette jolie maison mérite un coup de jeune. Lovely Property - shame about the communication

Our group of 6 were well accommodated in the property, it is spacious, light, comfortable with plenty of outdoor space and lovely views across the bay. However the communication in the lead up to the our stay and during was poor. I was unimpressed with being notified 24hrs prior to arrival that on top of the cleaning fee, power costs and tourist tax there would also be a further 100 euro deposit required (ALL to be paid in cash) and none of my emails to the Novosol were responded to prior to my visit other than a generic response generally sent in the wrong language!. 12hours after arrival one of our party found themselves locked in the downstairs bathroom due to a faulty lock - thankfully we were eventually able to open the door (the downstair bathroom does not have any external windows) - when reported and after being scrutinised as to the faulty lock ("this has never happened before") somebody came unannounced whilst we were out for the day and removed the entire handle, failed to replace it and for the remainder of the holiday there was a gaping hole in the door and the bathroom could not be used due to a lack of privacy - (it opens directly onto the main living space. Therefore a disappointing lack of customer/client service or concern that just leaves that bitter taste in the mouth.

Résidence calme, emplacement parfait.

Tout a été parfait a l’exception de la communication avec l’agent sur place. La première personne contactée ne travaillait plus pour Novasol depuis 1 an et la seconde personne n’etait Au courant de rien, ne savait pas qui j’etais Ni de quellle location je parlais. Au final c’est grâce à l’homme qui gère les femmes de ménage que nous avons eu les clés.
