Beach Lake of Annecy 27 km. Farm country renovated 17th century, in a quiet residential village overlooking the Valley and the mountains. Preserved natural setting. Very good comfort. Warm rustic charm. Superb landscaped garden (Swing) and sheltered terrace (ping pong) in common. Small private gravel terrace. Very unobstructed view of the massif.
