Large decks overlooking spectacular ocean views. Just steps away from the beach! Awesome place to make memories! Perfect location on the Island. Minutes from Surf City, restaurants, grocery stores, and much much more! Linens included!!! NO PETS! Sleeps 4. Check-in Saturday to Saturday only.

Perfect getaway!
Great place to just get away! We enjoyed watching dolphin from the top deck everyday! Topsail never disappoints!

Nice needs some tweeks
The good: Very clean, location is excellent, beach is everything we expected and owner is very responsive. The not so good: Furniture and bed are very uncomfortable. Odd layout, had a hard time getting used to the bed and bathroom on the first level. No screens on the sliding doors. Overall great stay, one of the best beaches we have been to.

Beautiful beachfront home
The Sail is a beautiful beachfront property! The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and The View is incredible! The beach, walkway and outdoor shower were perfect. I did have trouble with the soft mattress in the main bedroom but luckily realized the other bedroom has a more firm mattress and was more comfortable for me, after switching rooms with my son. I would have loved a soft comfy chair in the living room portion of the upstairs. Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach!

One Shell of a Time
We had a great time! The property owner was so easy to get a hold of! Definitely easier than going through a realtor to rent. The house was set up great too. Having the separate ac units vs having central air was amazing! Easier for diff preferences in the rooms. We will definitely be back to rent this or even another if the property owner has more rentals.

We enjoyed the open living and kitchen area, easy beach access, outdoor shower, and short drive to grocery and restaurants. Overall great stay as expected from the description. Would recommend!

Excellent Location for Relaxing Getaway
We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect size for me & my husband to enjoy a week at the beach relaxing. The location is perfect -- far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet, close enough that you can still go out for dinner; and you're steps from the beach. We had a small hiccup with the A/C in the unit, but the property owner (who is wonderful) came by immediately to assess/address the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot on the beach
This was our 4th visit to Topsail Island and our first stay at "The Sail". We had a wonderful stay here! Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The duplex is right on the beach and offers a beautiful view from the decks. "The Sail" will be at the top of our list when we visit Topsail Island again. Deanna was an exceptional host!

Location, location, location
This was a perfect 3 week vacation for just me. As an older single woman I felt very safe by myself. The kitchen had everything that was needed to fix just about anything and the bed and pillows were Excellent. Very clean and quiet. Will definitely be returning!

Great place for a family vacation
Property was clean and updated and perfect for our family of four. Great views of the ocean from top floor deck and awesome east walk down the deck to the beach. Had no issues or complaints at all, will be trying to book again for next year.

Great Value
Definitely only for a smaller family (which is made clear in the listing), but it is perfect if that is all you need! Beach front property for a great price compared to the much larger homes that surround it. We were very surprised we could get beach front for this value. Deanna the owner, was very friendly, quick in responding to any questions, and transparent with any communications. I am definitely expecting to return to this property in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous! Exactly as described and pictured! Very spacious, fully equipped, easy access to the beach, the beds were super comfy! I also love the desk/vanities in each room for getting ready! Perfect location!

The property is exactly like pictured. Very pretty, and the 2nd floor living room, dining room, and kitchen is open and rather spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Beds were very comfortable. Might have been nice if bedrooms had mirrors - it would have made it easier to get ready when sharing one bathroom.

The property was a great find. There were used coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Linens on one bed were dirty. We brought our own thank goodness. Floors were sandy. Bought a mop to clean. Vacuum brush wouldn't work because it was clogged with hair, string, etc. Took 15 minutes to clean. Tub had yellow scum left in it urine drops dried on tub. Need new cleaning crew
