This beautiful cottage is located in a small village near Barban. The two accommodation units are fully equipped and meet all needs for a pleasant stay. Spend your free time on the terrace preparing delicious barbecue specialties or refresh yourself in the pool on hot summer days. The garden is fenced and planted with greenery. It is ideal for carefree playing of your children. Visit the Adrenalin Park, which is located in the nearby village Glavani or check out the ranch Barba Tone in village Manjadvorci. In the evening you can take a walk in the medieval town of Svetvincenat, it is famous for its beautiful Grimani Castle. You can also visit Pula with its amphitheater and numerous parties and events that take place during the summer months.

Great stay!
Beautiful house and attentive owners. Valentina and her husband helped with everything we needed. Perfect with a little shop and restaurant nearby.

Super Ferienhaus - wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super ordentlich und sauber. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Das abgeschlossene Gelände ist perfekt für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern, da es weitläufig aber abgeschlossen ist. Es stehen neben dem Pool, ein Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Schaukeln, Rutsche zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert. Wir hatten uns auf die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses verlassen und erwartet, dass der nächstgelegene Strand etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt ist. Dem ist nicht so und man fährt mindestens eine halbe Stunde in jede Richtung, um an einen Strand zu kommen. Das war teilweise etwas nervig, aber hatte den Vorteil, dass wir uns jeden Tag für einen anderen Strand entschieden haben und somit sehr viel gesehen haben. In dem kleinen Dorf Orihi gibt es einen kleinen Markt in dem man alle wichtigen Dinge des täglichen Lebens bekommt. Die nächst größere Einkaufsgelegenheit ist gute 20 min entfernt. Im Ort und in der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Pizzerien. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Ruhig gelegener, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in ganz Istrien
Wir haben hier mit befreundeten Familien im August 2021 eine abwechslungsreiche und erholsame Woche verbracht. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Grundausstattung (als ferienhauserfahrene Urlauber hatten wir ein paar zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten selbst mit dabei), einen feinen Pool, klimatisierte Schlaf- & Wohnräume in einer angenehmen Größe (d.h. mit genügend Platz) und eine ruhige Lage in einem kleinen verschlafenen Örtchen recht zentral in Istrien gelegen. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in dieser Woche vielfältige Ziele in ganz Istrien besucht (Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Kap Kamenjak und einsame Badebuchten an der istrischen West- und Ostküste), die Anfahrtsdauer lag dabei meist zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir haben eine gute Zeit in Orihi gehabt und kommen gern wieder :-)
