This 11th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) offers amazing views of the ocean. Enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean from every room of the 1660 square feet condo which also boasts of the largest balcony in Royale Palms.

Our guests will enjoy many luxurious amenities, including:

If you have ever stayed at Royale Palms, you will agree that this is a premiere location. The Royale Palms is convenient to: shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Wal-Mart SuperCenter; theaters including The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage (a Dolly Parton company), and Le Grand Cirque to name a few; and restaurants-there are too many to name. If golf is what you're looking for, then look no further. The Grand Strand has ten area courses listed on the prestigious 'America's Top 100 Greatest Public Courses' by 'Golf Digest' magazine.

Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and 25 year age requirement.

Daily maid service is not available. The unit manager is available to assist you with any questions during your stay. Recommendations and suggestions are always welcomed.

Great place to stay!!

After my previous VRBO was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I found this amazing place. Nancy was amazing and was very responsive. We booked for a week, the condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, had everything we needed. You can even see the ocean from the patio.. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom condo right on the beach! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were big, and we had plenty of room to socialize with our friends. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay. My family came on short notice, Nancy was so helpful and the unit was fantastic. Our kids enjoyed having access to the pool at the Hilton. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We would recommend staying here to our friends and Family!!

Wonderful property!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every aspect of this listing. We had 4 other groups in my extended family staying around Kingston Plantation and they all agreed that our place was the BEST! I plan to return in the future and would highly recommend this for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach.

Cute condo, perfect location

Nancy’s place was clean and so spacious! The location was so close to all our favorite shopping and restaurants in Myrtle Beach. We loved that we were able to use the washer and dryer in the unit and that we had exclusive access to the residents’ only pool. We enjoyed our brief stay and will look into booking this property again!

Relaxing stay

1104 is very nice and clean place to stay. The only thing that could be improved is the King bed was to soft for our liking. When checking in only two of the three elevators were working so we had a long wait to get to the room. Location of Royal Palms is excellent, close to shopping and dinning.

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! Check in was easy, property was clean and immaculate. Exactly as listed. Nancy was a fantastic host! Had everything we needed and there was a lot of space to relax. Location was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants and we enjoyed the pools and the easy beach access. The whole family enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this property again when we are in the area. I would highly recommend!

Clean, comfy, and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious and clean. Great towels and comfy large beds. We enjoyed the king size bed. It’s a quality mattress that is on the softer side. Excellent blackout curtains in the bedrooms and large bathrooms. There are some helpful beach items in the closet and large TVs if you have a rainy day. We enjoyed the large balcony every day as well, and eating breakfast out there was a wonderful start to the day. Pools were pretty crowded and not as large as I anticipated they would be, so we didn’t play there as much. The beach area was very nice and well kept all around the resort. We would stay here again and I’d feel comfortable renting anything from this host.

Absolutely perfect! We had a fantastic stay at the unit. It was completely comfortable, had everything we needed, and the facilities with the pools and the beach are just wonderful. We would come back right away! Can’t say anything better about it, and Nancy was wonderful to communicate with! We are so grateful for the four days of rest and relaxation we had!

We had a wonderful time! The property was beautiful, the condo was the perfect size and we had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The check-in process was pretty seamless and obtaining passes for the pools was a breeze! We have already started looking into booking a bigger condo for next year! This was a last minute booking that saved our beach trip, so happy we stumbled across it!

Comfortable Stay
