(Quarter Horse Hideout ) Lumberjack Inn

This is the real Montana experience.
Located in the ponderosa pines. The lake is a 5-10 minute walk from the Lumber Jack Inn. Its perfect for boating and fishing. There are logging and hiking trails close by. It's a three mile drive up a winding road to the flying moose cabin. You will see wild game on your drive up.

Watching domatic and wild life

The host was was easy to work with. The cabin was clean with a western feel. We sat on the deck to watch the wild life, heard an owl hooting.

Neat Animals, Nice Place to Stay

It was a good place for my family to stay. Our little ones got to see goats, dogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, deer, and horses. Contrary to what VRBO says, though, it is not in Kila, but about 10 minutes west and south.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying here! The cabin was great, and the surrounding area was even better. Our daughter really enjoyed meeting the horses, goats, and dogs and walking the property. We loved walking to the lake and exploring. The house had everything we needed, check-in and check-out was easy, and Tammie was very accommodating. We'd love to stay here again!

Quiet in Nature

This place was set out in the middle of no were which I loved. Was very peaceful and quiet. Great place with awesome wood work. The up stairs porch was a great place after a long day to have a beer and watch deer walk through the yard. Great stay!
