Gite in the owners' house with 4 guest rooms. On 2 levels with independent access from the outside. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, laundry room with WC and washbasin. Upstairs: a bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm) with private bathroom (walk-in shower and WC), a large 30m² living room with a Rapido sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm) closed by a curtain, satellite television, Wifi connection. Sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Landscaped garden with shared garden furniture, behind the house. Gite in a contemporary house with 4 guest rooms, in a small hamlet located 3 km from the ski slopes of Aillon-station or 8 km from Margériaz, in the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Gite completely renovated in a very contemporary style. Upstairs living room with large bay windows. Very spacious and bright. Garden table and chairs installed in front of the entrance to the cottage. Beautiful view of the massif.
