This a perfect family home. Enjoy family gatherings in the spacious great room, with floor to ceiling windows that let mother nature right in. The back deck overlooks a green belt, offering great viewing of mother nature's wild life. Enjoy a walk to downtown Graeagle, and take a dip in the Millpond or indulge in a sweet treat at the Graeagle Outpost.

The home has three bedrooms; 1 master offering a king bed and master bath with a two person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, bedroom #2 with a queen bed, and the bedroom #3 is a kids retreat with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and top) and another twin bed. Everyone is promised to have a great night sleep in their own bed!

Great property for pets and family dinners!

The house is great! I brought my dog and it was the perfect space. The kitchen is well equipped and the jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely!

Men and Boys' weekend

Great place for a variety of activities. I'm a good cook and I enjoyed most, the kitchen. Very cook friendly and had all the implements we needed. Bedrooms comfortable, big tub a bonus. Great place!

Wonderful home...all amenities and great location for access to trails, town, lakes, golfing.

We had a great experience staying again on Tolowa Trail. Easy access to all things Graeagle and the Lakes Basin. The town is small but high quality places to dine & drink at local brew pub or other establishments. Wendy is a great owner and the home (not a cabin) was wonderful and very easy to work with.

Great Labor Day weekend stay!

This home was lovely! Well-located in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and spacious, with a deck featuring beautiful forest views. We had the pleasure of meeting Wendy, who is a delight. Easy to work with, flexible and great communication. We would stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!

This cabin is beautiful and well-stocked. And Wendy was so helpful and quick to respond to all our questions, before the trip and during. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the back deck every morning, looking out on an open, forested area. So relaxing! We will definitely be back, and I have already recommended this cabin to many friends. Loved it!

Family friendly home

Coming to Graeagle is always a treat but it was made even nicer by us staying in this lovely home. We loved the well used games and books for children. It’s a comfortable, clean and well equipped home. The owners were extremely accommodating and answered questions quickly before , during, and even after our stay. Can’t wait to make a return visit.

Very Nice Rental

We have been to Graeagle many times, and love to rent a home rather than stay in a lodge or hotel. Your house is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. We like the neighborhood and its proximity to town. Thank you for letting us rent your home. We will be back!

Great location & home. Amenities are awesome & the owner Wendy could not be more helpful.

Wonderful home, top spot for family or small group get-a-way. Graeagle really is a great community with much to do and staying at such a great house, makes it better. All amenities, great kitchen, rooms, beds & great room to mingle & talk. Fireplace works great...a little too well if certain people like many logs. Access to all things in the area & owner makes it so you want to return!

Quiet, comfortable getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy's place. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, and the bed in the master was very comfortable. The double/queen bed in a second bedroom was much too firm for our liking, but if you like firm beds it's probably fine. The kitchen is very well stocked for any of your cooking needs. Wendy was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Lovely comfortable home! Perfect for our family of 5!

We loved our stay at this Graeagle home! It was a beautiful home, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Also, a super convenient location. Wendy, the owner, was very responsive to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. I wish we had been able to bring our puppy because I think he would’ve loved it; however, our vet said he didn’t have enough of his vaccinations yet to come on this trip with us (bummer!). Our kids (9, 8, and 2 y/o) loved the house too. If you want a nice place to stay with a great location, this is your place!

Great location and peaceful

Three of us stayed for 5 nights at the end of June for a family reunion at a nearby camp ground. I was worried since the house didn't have air conditioning but it cooled down at night and the house kept cool during the day without air. Peaceful neighborhood and saw lots of deer and wild life walking around the area. Wendy has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and home! The wifi was great, so we could stay connected if we wanted to. Thank you!

Comfortable house in nice location

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable house in Graeagle with a nice location a short walking distance from the Mill Pond and the 4th of July fireworks. The house is well furnished and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. It has a lovely private patio in a forested area and a large fenced backyard which was nice since we had a dog with us. There was some confusion about the permissibility of outdoor fires caused by the existence of a large fire ring in the backyard but after communication with the owner they plan to disrupt the fire ring in the future. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Delightful Getaway!!

I love walking into a rental and thinking, "Wow! This is better than the photos!" The feel of this home was perfect for us. So very comfortable - great for our little band of 4, but could definitely be terrific for a large group. By opening and closing the windows at the right times, we were able to keep the inside relatively cool. The place had everything we needed, including extra kitchen and bathroom items, as well as helpful info on the area. Comfy beds! Breakfast and drinks on the deck were relaxing. Super quiet neighborhood, with the occasional deer sightings. Able to walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!!

Paradise Setting

So great to drive up to this place, get out of your car and smell the forest, and then walk into the lovely home with windows open to trees surrounding entire house. The back deck is as nice as the front welcoming porch. You won't need anything but your family to enjoy your time in Graeagle/Blairsden with this home as your base. It was such a pleasure to return to every day with plenty of room for cooking, visiting, and chilling with family and friends. GREAT communication with owners - we had total blackout one night due to storm and they were immediately on the phone, helping us navigate in the dark. So much room, everything including washer/dryer, home away from home. Thank you, Wendy, for such a great stay!!

Perfect home for a family getaway!

We had such a wonderful stay in this great house! Wendy was super helpful and flexible with the booking process, as we ended up needing to change weekends due to a wedding being scheduled. Upon arrival, the house exceeded our expectations - it is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The house is laid out very nicely, and the location could not be better. It is very central, but very quiet. We were able to easily get out to daily hikes in the Lakes Basin, and running to the store in Graeagle or the bakery in Blairsden took just a few minutes. The neighborhood is lovely for quiet walks, and the wooded setting is very relaxing. We hope to come back next year! Thank you!

We live in the area and own a little bed and breakfast called Sierra Sky Lodge, located 8 miles west of Graeagle. We came to Pluma County 10 years ago from Orange County and have never regretted our decision. We live in the house from November until May, enjoying a break from our little lodge and the quiet of our 'normal' home. The house is so quiet and peaceful, perfect for afternoon napping!!!

We purchased this home over others, because of the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom! They are amazing!!! The peace and tranquility in the home is unsurpassed. We are also loved the location, which allowed us walk to downtown Graeagle.
