Strandpark 22

GLASS, AIR, LIGHT: Families in particular love this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort as their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. This fantastic development of cosy Scandinavian-style holiday homes with their own whirlpool and sauna was built in a unique location close to Schönhagen beach.

- Some of the photos may be examples of living. The type of flooring and the colour of the furnishings and the house may vary. Whirlpools and saunas are identical in all houses of this type.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 18.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Tolles Objekt, leider schlechte Verwaltung

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Lage! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine + Trockner, Sauna und Whirlpool, wir waren begeistert. Wenn Sie im Winter anreisen, Holz für den Ofen nicht vergessen! Lediglich der Check in über Novasol war eine Katastrophe. Abgesehen davon, dass eine nachgebuchte Person nicht aufgenommen wurde, gab es Probleme mit dem Schlüssel. Wir haben mit Novasol abgesprochen abends anzureisen. Bis zuletzt gab es für den Schlüsseltresor keinen Zugangscode, welcher per Email kommen sollte. Wir haben natürlich vor Anreise die Hotline in Hamburg angerufen. Die erste Mitarbeiterin beendete das Gespräch mit "Ich sitze in Hamburg, da kann ich auch nichts machen". Die Zweite war sehr freundlich und erzählte uns, das der Tresor frei zugänglich sei. Die Aussage war schlicht falsch, die Tresore waren mit Zahlenschlössern versehen. Wir haben dann vor Ort um 22:30 Uhr eine Mobiltelefonnummer am Tresor gefunden und angerufen. Danke für den netten Mitarbeiter der sich um diese Uhrzeit noch auf den Weg gemacht hat um uns den Schüssel auszuhändigen!!! Für Dich 6 von 5 Sternen! ;-) Desweiteren gab es keine Hausordnung oder ähnliches. Wir haben den Schlüssel einfach in den Briefkasten geworfen, ich bin gespannt ob sich noch jemand meldet.....

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Leider war das Geschirr abgezählt und knapp bemessen. Umweltschonend geht anders, da man praktisch nach jedem Essen spülen musste. Die Lage war sehr gut. Man war in ein paar Minuten am Strand und auch zum Bäcker waren es keine 5 Minuten.
