- living room with equipped kitchenette (fridge / freezer, hotplates, oven and microwave, Plancha)
- bathroom with shower, separate wc (towels not provided)
- closed upper terrace with garden furniture for 6 pers.
- The pluses: A large shaded terrace and relaxing chairs, air conditioning, television.

- Provide linens, towels; and sheets are not provided (except blankets and pillows)
- Cleaning to do before leaving the premises
- Deposit of 600 euros requested
