In many places on Lolland you will find beautiful sandy beaches that invite you to splash around. Outside the bathing season, young and old can enjoy themselves in the famous bathing area 'Lalandia'. A variety of excursions await you on Lolland. In Knuthenborg Safari Park you can observe the many wild animals from the car at close range. Or you can visit the pretty town of Maribo and take a trip on the veteran railroad. The nature park 'Maribosøerne' with its beautiful nature and rich fauna and flora is a paradise for nature lovers, who can also hear the song of the nowadays rare nightingale here.
