The house was very clean, owner was very responsive. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location to town. Would definitely stay here again.
The house is spacious and great for large groups. It was clean and well-stocked. The location is great for walking into town but, you do need to consider the steep hill when deciding if it's the right place for your group if your hope is to have a place with easy walkability. We had a group of old college friends staying there for a weekend and we had a great trip!
Our two children and their families joined us for a long weekend. (3 nights) The space was comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of room to visit with each other, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms in order to have privacy. We don't often get time all together.
Jim Thorpe is a very interesting little town and our grandchildren loved riding on the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway. It was especially nice being right on the switchback trail for a quick hike or run. The home is high on a hill and a tough walk up. There is plenty of parking at the house, but parking in the town is difficult.
