Tastefully furnished detached Sologne house in a quiet, wooded setting, near a private forest (hunting grounds, no walking allowed), a very relaxing setting. The cottage has a private, enclosed area, easily accessible via the A10 motorway, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its châteaux, golf courses are available on several courses. Ground floor: entrance hall, large dining room with lounge, fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm), toilet, shower room. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm, 2 x 90 cm), mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Ping-pong table and bicycles are available.

Mandatory cleaning is charged at €50 for professional rentals (charged every 15 days).
From October to the end of March, heating is mandatory according to consumption (meter readings upon arrival and departure). From April to the end of September, heating included.
Security deposit: €450 (except for rentals of more than 2 weeks, security deposit: €700).

At the Source toll booth, immediately turn right on the D15 towards Jouy-le-Potier. Go straight for 15 km. In Jouy, take the road to the right of the church D 103 d°Lailly-en-Val Beaugency. After 3 km, turn right into a Le Petit Pordet property entrance.
