Have you always wanted to live right on the beach, surrounded by water? Marvelling at the sunset over the water from your roof terrace? Be just a few steps away from your private beach? Then this white beach villa at OstseeResort Olpenitz is just right for you!



Just a few metres from the Baltic Sea, directly at the 'Port Olpenitz' sailing and sports boat harbour, lies the lagoon-like peninsula to the south of the Schleim estuary. A small private beach belongs to the houses. It is also not far to the kilometre-long sandy beach, which is supervised by the DLRG, all the way down to Schönhagen.



The houses are furnished to a high standard: the combined open-plan living and dining area is located downstairs. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom, in which a large corner bathtub with massage jets invites you to relax. A special highlight is the private sauna (with window) on the top floor, right next to the large roof terrace!

Is there anything better than loosening up your tired muscles in the sauna after a long day by the sea and letting your gaze wander over the water? For your comfort, there is a separate shower right next to the sauna.



On the upper floor there is also a living area - the so-called studio - with large panoramic windows. The cosy Scandinavian stove is also located here, so you can enjoy the view in front of the crackling open fire in winter.



On a clear day, you can see from the Kiel Fjord across the Danish island of Ærø to the Schlei. Every corner house has a unique view - whether of the sunrise over the Baltic Sea or the sunset over the beautiful Schlei fjord.



With this ingenious so-called quadruple construction, four houses stand together at the corners. This means you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view from each house and have plenty of privacy on your terrace. With a living space of 93 m², the light-flooded houses offer space for 4 people on 3 floors; two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds on the ground and upper floors if required.



Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and the holiday home is all the more cosy.



The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, microwave) and a utility room with space for the washing machine. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition to the fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor, there is a guest WC on the ground floor and a separate shower in the sauna area.



The new holiday home area is currently being built on the former naval site in Port Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.



*** Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Your holiday property is of course completed, but there may still be construction work in the surrounding area. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

Ruhig gelegene kleine Erholungsoase...

Direkt vor der Tür ist die sehr ruhig gelegene kleine Bucht. Das Wasser ist klar. Die Möven sind laut, aber nicht angriffslustig. Ein entspanntes Frühstücken ist immernoch gut möglich! Es sind viele Hunde dort unterwegs, aber solange sich die Besitzer vernünftig um ihre Tiere kümmern, ist dies weniger als Problem zu sehen. Man hat beim Haus von jeder Terrasse/Balkon eine tolle Sicht. Einziges Manko ist die defekte Treppe zum Strand...

Für Strandliebhaber mit Kindern empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit drei Kindern (1-6) im Urlaub und hatten diesen extra wegen der Nähe zum Strand gebucht. Das hieß: Terrassentür auf und raus. Der Strand ist für Kinder super und man hat keine Strecken,auf denen man pfundweise Sandspielzeug durch Dünenwege zerrt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, das Inventar gradlinig und funktional. Ein Manko sind die lauten Möwen auf den Dächern der anderen Häuser (und nur dieser Baureihe,sonst nirgends)und deren Hinterlassenschaften. Keine Ahnung wie unserer Nachbarn schlafen konnten?! Außerdem empfinde ich die Endreinigung für 150€,wo dann jedes Extra (Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt,Betten nicht abgezogen..)als zu überteuert.
