Welcome to Peak A View, a charming mountain retreat that offers breathtaking long-range views, a cozy fire pit, and a relaxing hot tub. Nestled just a short stroll from the pickleball courts, basketball court, and the brand-new playground at Camp Eagles Nest, this cabin is perfectly situated for both adventure and relaxation.​​​​​​​

Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm, but all homes adjacent to this are completed.

Step inside to find a stunning, well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up meals for family and friends. The granite bar seats four and flows seamlessly into the inviting living room, where a sleeper sofa and comfortable chairs await you. Gather around the warm glow of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55" smart TV.
Both bedrooms are serene retreats, each featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a 50" smart TV for streaming. The two full bathrooms offer convenience and comfort, with one boasting a walk-in shower and the other a tiled tub/shower combination. Off the kitchen, you'll also find a charming half bath and a separate laundry center for added convenience.

Step out onto the back deck and take in the magnificent mountain views that stretch across three states, with a peaceful valley and creek below providing the perfect backdrop. A short set of steps leads to your private hot tub and fire pit, complete with ample seating to savor the beauty of the outdoors and the crisp mountain air.

At an elevation of 4,200 feet, Peak A View is a year-round haven in a picturesque corner of Eagles Nest. From the moment you pass through the gates, you'll feel your cares melt away. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or simply taking in the never-ending views, this cabin promises a truly unforgettable mountain escape.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
