Beautiful apartment in front of La Concha
The apartment is newly remodeled! It has a large dining table to enjoy meals with your friends and family. Also, relax on the large comfy couch while watching a movie. It is located in the heart of Condado, in front of Hotel La Concha. It is only less than a 5 min walk to the beach and to any shops and restaurants.
The space:
It is a 3 bedroom apartment all fully equipped with A/C and TV. Master bedroom, has a king size bed, with its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed and share a full bathroom located in the hallway. The living room/common space has also A/C and a big tv. The dining area fits 8 people. Behind the dining area there is a daybed that fits 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans. There is also a desk provided if you need to work/study.
Guest access:
Entire home and all amenities within the home are available for use during your stay.
Interaction with guests:
Guests will have to self check-in. However, I am available through messaging via Airbnb or WhatsApp.
Other details to note:
Our guests love the convenience of the area and have had no issues with safety. All kind of guests have enjoyed the prime location of this apartment. We do remind that this is a city setting, so it is not uncommon that it can be noisy sometimes, please remain mindful of this and take any precautions you would in any city.
