Cute cottage

Cute cottage. Older somewhat renovated. Smelled musty. Floors seemed unstable especially in the front bedroom. With more renovations would be great cottage.

Wonderful visit in Hot Springs

Very comfortable and perfect for our eclipse watching adventure in Hot Springs. The fenced back yard was a definite plus for our pup. The location is a short drive to downtown Hot Springs, but an easy one. Would definitely stay here again!!

Friends Trip

We had a great stay at this property. House was very clean and listing is accurate. Couple that stayed in bedroom off kitchen said the bed needs some attention (sinks to the middle). Cindy is a great host.

Family meet up

Property was comfortable for 4 adults and 1 dog. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Hot Springs. Groceries, gas and food were less than 2 minutes away. Large dining room table was great for meals and playing games.

Hot Springs Vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed this home! It was our home away from homel House was as advertised with plenty of room for all of us and a fenced in yard for our dogs. It was great to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to take laundry home. The gas grill was a hit too! We would highly recommend this property.

Great place for 1st VRBO stay

Nice location, very clean, lovely bed linens (super soft), has supplies for kitchen, shower toiletries. Super easy check in and check out. If you bring your small dog (under 15lbs), pay attention to gate, smaller determined pups might be able to wiggle out. Ours were bigger so not an issue. Despite the rainy weather while we were there (late April), did a few pampering things (massages, pedicures), ate at great restaurants, saw Garven Gardens (only rain free day) and just relaxed. Recommend for sure.

Ok, but noisy

The biggest drawback for us was the traffic noise early in the morning. The neighborhood also didn’t feel that safe to walk around or take our dog out. It was close to some of the touristy spots so the location was good for that but it wasn’t that comfortable overall for us so we left one night early.

Fun Weekend Trip

The exterior is very cute, the inside was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was big enough for our dog to run around in and the host was very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the trip to Hot Springs!

Spacious bedrooms

The bedrooms were all spacious which was perfect since we were all adults. Their was even enough space for a pack-n-play for the grandbaby. Each room had its own fan. The house had a few extra touches like a tea selection, nice soaps and shampoos, even an Air Bake cookie sheet. Which we utilized more than once. Cindy was quick to answer any of my questions. We enjoyed the area.
