About this property

This comfortable holiday home in Dagebüll is just a stone's throw from the North Sea. Right in the small village of Dagebüll, you will find the perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday: when the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air with your loved ones on your own terrace or on the balcony. The house is a terraced house with its own fenced garden and private terrace. The modern eat-in kitchen and cosy sofa area leave nothing to be desired. A special highlight is the large sauna in the bathroom.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, as is one of the bathrooms (with a shower without a threshold), making the house very suitable for guests who are less able to climb the stairs to the upper floors.

The holiday home has a fast fibre optic internet connection.

The Dagebüll houses all have an outdoor socket on the terrace that can be switched off. This is perfect for charging e-bikes.

The holiday home is just 200 metres from the North Sea and Dagebüll's evergreen beach, which is perfect for swimming. The many dykes all around offer a perfect area for cyclists. In the centre of Dagebüll, which is directly adjacent to the holiday homes, you will find small shops, restaurants and a shop. The ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr depart directly opposite - perfect for a day trip!

Dagebüll is also ideally located for a day trip to Sylt, as you can travel directly from neighbouring Niebüll (approx. 12 km) to Westerland by train in just half an hour. The town of Niebüll also offers a great cultural and leisure programme for young and old with various museums, a year-round indoor swimming pool and a beautiful natural bathing area. Sports and shopping facilities are also available here.

Ohne Hinweis Großbaustelle neben Ferienhaus (ca. 18 Ferienhäuser im Bau) & am "Badestrand"

Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut, da sich allerdings unmittelbar neben dem Ferienhaus 18 weitere Ferienhäuser im Bau befinden, besteht werktags ein erheblicher Baulärm (Lkws, Bagger, Bohrer, Rüttelplatte etc.). Hierauf wurden wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt hingewiesen, obwohl der Bau sicherlich schon vor einiger Zeit begonnen hatte. Der angekündigte "grüne Strand" wurde durch Bauzäune unterbrochen, da u.a. auch der nahe gelegene Badestrand eine Großbaustelle darstellt. Vor Ort erfuhren wir, dass diese Baustelle bereits seit Februar 2017 besteht und voraussichtlich noch bis 2019 bestehen wird. Auch hierauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen, obwohl klar war, dass wir mit Kleinkindern reisen und da naturgemäß tägliche Autofahrten zu einem richtigen Badestrand nicht gewollt waren. Aufgrund dieser Baustellensituation waren wir gezwungen, entweder längere Autofahrten oder eine 50-minütige Fahrt mit der Fähre auf uns zu nehmen, um an einen erholsamen Strand zu gelangen. Zudem gab es einen "Überraschungsbesuch" der Eigentümer in der Urlaubsmitte. Als Grund wurde genannt, sie wollen zum Schuppen an der Terrasse "wegen so einer Grillgeschichte". Sie erklärten, dass sie den Grill sauber machen wollten. An diesem Tag hatte es allerdings geregnet, so dass dies mehr als ein Vorwand zu verstehen war, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Uns stellte sich natürlich die Frage, was gewesen wäre, wenn wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht da gewesen wären (hätten sie das dann auch ohne unsere Zustimmung gemacht oder hätten sie dann sogar das Haus betreten?). Jedenfalls fühlten wir uns sehr in unserer Privatsphäre gestört. Auf unsere Mail vom 25.04.2018 an unseren Ansprechpartner "novasol", in der wir die geschilderten Problematiken darstellten, erhielten wir bislang keinerlei Reaktion, was unsere Unzufriedenheit selbstverständlich nochmal verstärkt. Dieser Urlaub war keineswegs ein Erholungsurlaub...
